Fabulous 2 night stay. Staff, facilities were above our expectations. Easy to access underground parking. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, although lack of choice on the menu we would have been stuck for selection if we had stayed more than two night.(veggies) We were upgraded to a 6' bed with a very spacious room with a courtyard view. Staff always had a smile whenever we approached or welcomed into the restaurant. We walked into Cambridge from the hotel, 3 miles, pleasant walk. All in all a thoroughly great break away/experience.

I requested a quiet room, asked about early check-in and parking when I booked. I never heard back so had to call. The first agent was unable to speak English and I got transferred to another who answered my questions. I was billed for early check-in when I only asked about it - though this was then removed. In the room, one bedside light did not work, the light above the larger mirror did not work, the shower door handle was loose, the shower door did not close and there was no English breakfast tea. I asked for the bedside to be repaired when I went out at 6pm but this was not done.

Great looking hotel - spacious, very well appointed and stylish. My room was large and comfortable with everything I needed. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, well-designed hotel. The room is spacious and well-decorated, clean and comfortable. The bed is superb comfy.

Greeted wit a friendly smile, staff were polite and helpful. Room was spacious and clean bathroom was of good size too. Great value for money. Breakfast was also good. Lots of selection. Your right near the park and ride which is a 10 min commute into Cambridge which is very ideal.

Fantastic hotel, helpful staff and good breakfast. Parking is an issue, on check in notified would have to use park and ride car park. Quickly had to unload and change as on time limit on outside hotel spaces. Caused arrival stress. Could they not sms you when car park is full so can drop off luggage. Also walk to p&r longer than said. Walked there in morning. Make sure you park closest side to hotel. We didn't.

Friendly and comfortable hotel. It’s slightly outside of main city centre but on a good bus route and in a pleasant area. The room and bathroom were clean and modern and the bed was really comfy. There is a supermarket nearby and a cafe but also had a good breakfast at the hotel.

Air Conditioning does not work. I have never seen it working, I have stayed here multiple times. Parking is very expensive. Free parking at front of hotel is not adequate and its unlikely that you will get it.

Very rude reception. First cannot find the reservation. Insisted we did not book. Then direct us to a parking garage 7 mins driving distance. When we asked where is hotel parking. Basically said on you left very impatiently. Which is like 400 mins out there. Really rude people.
