Pet Policy

We welcome dogs at the Hyatt Centric Cambridge, although we do ask that they are well-behaved throughout your stay. Owners are asked to control any noise made by their dog to ensure it does not disturb other guests.

• No more than two pets are permitted per room. Combined pets weight limit: 30 kg / 66 lbs.
• There is a charge of £30 per pet per stay. Additional fees may apply in the event a pet causes any damage.
• You'll receive a ‘Pet in Room’ card to hang outside the door to notify staff members there’s a fluffy guest inside the room. 

We ask that you properly remove and dispose of any litter or waste associated with your pet.

Group Bookings

We welcome all bookings at Hyatt Centric Cambridge, no matter the size of your party or the length of time you wish to stay with us. We ask that if you are looking to place 10 or more reservations, you contact us directly through our Sales Department.

• 10 or more reservations are considered a group and if not booked directly through Hyatt are subject to cancelation.
