Great property, convenient location and amazing hospitality. Very helpful & courteous staff, they made our stay very comfortable and accommodated all our needs. Breakfast spread and service is exceptional. Sincere thanks to Fabian at the restaurant for taking very good care of us during breakfast. Also, want to thank Antonio at the front desk and Asst General Manager Carolina..they went above and beyond to help me with a lost phone (in a cab) situation and offered generous help in my attempts to recover it. Overall a fantastic stay and extremely helpful staff. Will return back to the hotel for sure the next time I am in Lima.

Excellent Stay!

We travel quite often and, simply put, Hyatt Centric San Isidro was one of the best hotels we've stayed at - ever!
Frond desk staff welcomed us with warmth and a genuine smile at 1am and promptly accepted my request for a late checkout. Outstanding customer service! Room was well sized, clean, quiet and decorated with taste. A gorgeous lobby plus a nice rooftop bar, heated pool and a nice restaurant completed the package. All we could've asked for!!

A perfect stay in San Isidro!

Excellent hotel. Room food service all exceptional. Wish only that they add a cold plunge to the spa/sauna! I will happily stay here next time. Service is phenomenal. Close to everything. Clean modern cheerful spot

5 star hotel at 3 star price

My wife and stayed here on our way back to New York and had possibly the best experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff, particularly Gustavo, was exceptionally helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the room service was fantastic. Our only regret was we couldn’t stay longer!

Too Quick stay at Hyatt Centric

Really enjoyed our three nights.  Quiet area, great security and fantastic breakfast.   Rooms were spacious and clean.  Staff was outstanding.  Helped us with shopping, restaurants and reservations.  Also stored a bag for us for 4 days.

Excellent hotel! Lobby is beautiful, great at their restaurant, rooms clean and very comfortable.  Bathroom and amenities were great. They helped us set up airport transportation which was reliable ($122USD for large van one way).

Lima!

Exceptional hotel and amazing staff. Hotel restaurant (bistro Isidro) very good food and amazing breakfast great rooftop bar with an amazing cocktail program. Rooms were everything you would expect. As good as the hotel was, the staff is the best part of the hotel. They makes you feel welcome and excellent hospitality.

One of the lovelier hotels I've been in - staff was very friendly and helpful and the lobby is just beautiful. Room was spacious, clean and quiet, and the breakfast spectacular! I would certainly stay again. 

Really excellent hotel

This is a world class hotel for a modest price. The King size bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurant offers delicious foods and the included breakfast is top notch. It’s well worth the drive from the Lima Airport to stay on a layover. 

Beautiful location, delicious food options

Very clean and comfortable beds as expected. Kids enjoyed the rooftop pool. Staff is welcoming and helpful. We didn’t catch any food as we ate out in the thousands of restaurants that Lima offers. Very pleasant stay overall.

Hotel was really nice and clean. Front  desk service was really good. Restaurant was also good. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinners. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Next time I need a hotel I will go back to Hyatt. 

Vacation

Friendly staff, lovely room, and beautiful rooftop bar. I enjoyed my stay very much. Check in and check out were easy and the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious! It was just a few short blocks away from some interesting ruins. And if I would have had time to shop, there were even some cute shops across the street.

This has been the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was super friendly and recommended awesome places to eat as well as the restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal. the breakfast buffet was amazing... GET THE FRENCH TOAST, it will change your life.

Stayed in March 2022 for 5 nights in the Hyatt Centric San Isidro.
It is a world class hotel with all expected service on this standard level. Friendly and professionbal employess, excellent culinary offers, perfect atmosphere. 
Overall I would fully recommend the Hyatt for any further trip to Lima

Top Hotel

My wife, with our baby daughter tremendously enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was warm and pleasant, making us feel at home away from home. We particularly enjoyed the love and care with which our daughter was treated. Staff and food were also excellent.

Great rooms and view was great and lovely restaurant and it selection was great too and the view from the room great. The access to room services I cannot complain and to include my checkout and pick up time was also great

It was my first time in Lima and the staff were so nice, friendly and helpful with everything. They were kind enough to arrange a car to pick me up and drop me to airport and were eager to answer all of my queries.

Excellent location combined with an amazing Bfast and in-hotel restaurant. Perfect spot for business meetings or early afternoon cocktails. Definitely coming back. Not sure what else to say since the annoying system mandates I write a full statement 

Awesome location

Great stay as always at the Hyatt Centric- San Isidro. The customer service is superb.. the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are large. I asked for a late check-out and car to the airport and they made both happen even on a 1 night stay.

All of the staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful. I have stayed there several times this year and many of the staff remember my name which is nice. The rooms are large and very nice and the food in the restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced

Great staff and food

Great hotel, good service and convenient location. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was top notch. Service was friendly and prompt. We had business meetings and everything went off without a hitch.

Business Convenience

Wonderful location in downtown Lima.  Modern hotel with great cuisine in the restaurant.  Staff was very accommodating especially honoring my very early check-in.  Walking distance to one of my favorite restaurants as well.

Great Stop Over from Machu Picchu

Beautiful tranquil area with very friendly and multi-lingual staff. The staff all made an effort to remember your name and your specific needs with the intention of making the stay comfortable and pleasant.

Ideal setting for Business trips

Stay for a week at the Hyatt. Service outstanding and room clean. I was in business and the location was excellent.  The room service and staff very kind during my stay. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was very good and the roof top with the bar and pool very relaxing.

After staying at competitor hotels for a few days, my friends and I needed to get to a hotel where we knew the services would be top tier - and as always, Hyatt never disappoints! Thank you for the amazing stay and the best staff!!

Amazing Stay

This place is amazing, down to the smallest detail. I have travelled the U.S., Europe, Japan, and West Indies. This hotel is one of the nicest places I have been to. I brought my two youngest teenagers on my recent trip to Peru. The restaurant at the hotel is their favorite out of any place we visited in Lima, Cuzco, Urubamba, and Pucallpa. Hyatt Centric will always be my first choice when staying in Lima.

This hotel has everything you need and beyond. Heated pool, sauna, gym, spacious rooms, amenities and so many different cuisine choices to find your taste of Peru.

Paulo at the front desk and Lisette at the breakfast/restaurant area were the 2 employees who made my stay fantastic and noteworthy. Paulo was very articulate, kind and detailed on answering any of my questions regarding places to visit, globalist benefits, and cultures. Lisette made sure I was taken care of each morning for breakfast and knew all of my preferences in the first 5 minutes of speaking to her. These two staff should definitely be acknowledged and appreciated for their attentive and curated focus to me during my stay. Please also give my compliments to the chef as the cuisine choices were delicious everyday.

Globalist review, fantastic hotel in Lima!!

This hotel provides terrific service of an independent boutique hotel with the breath of services and offerings of a brand like Hyatt. The Isidero restaurant serves modern Peruvian cuisine. The hotel’s breakfast is legendary.

Smart Decor, great service and impeccably clean Hyatt Centris is a winner in Lima

Typical Hyatt hotel but this case with lots of hotel staff deployed at the lobby to serve guests, very impressive. Since the guy who opens the door for you to the lady who constantly ask you what are your needs. Close to most of the restaurants in San Isidro area at a walking distance. Excellent if your business needs are in San Isidro area.

Very well located specially if your business activity is at WeWork

Loved this hotel. This was our last stop from our trip to Lima and it couldn’t be any better. The staff was very kind; the food was great; and the overall experience amazing. The rooftop bar was very cool. Recommend it. 

Outstanding hotel

The staff at the Hyatt Centric are very professional, friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself is very nice. The food in the restaurant is excellent as well. The cost of the room was also very reasonable for that nice of a hotel

Great staff, food and value

Wonderful service, very friendly and helpful staff, good food (both restaurant as well as breakfast buffet), reasonably priced. Location is a bit out of the way, but taxis are very cheap.

Exceeded all expectations

Everytime I go to Lima for Business I stay at Hyatt Centric San Isidro. The STAFF is super nice and always happy to help. You can find many restaurants in walking distances but If you need to go somewhere farther from the hotel there is always a very comfortable taxi waiting outside.

Best place to stay for Business trips

The experience was excellent, the conditions of the room were perfect, the staff very helpful, the breakfast very rich, I just think they should improve the variety of the menu since there is not much to choose from.

Hyatt Centric San Isidro Lima

Great hotel, staff, room, excellent breakfast. I couldn't recommend this hotel more regardless if it's for a business trip or a family trip. Thank you everyone at the Hyatt. The management at this hotel is flexible and very welcoming. Gracias a Carolina por su ayuda!!

Super Stay

This property exceeded my expectations! The service at Hyatt Centric was perfect and unforgettable. Our rooms were deftly serviced while we were out for a walk through the neighborhood, with a chocolate magically appearing on our pillows each evening. The food at breakfast and lunch at the on-site restaurant was fresh and plentiful, and was among our favorite foods in Lima. 

The Assistant GM, Carolina, was an absolute treasure and made our experience an unforgettable one. She greeted us personally with fresh juice, arranged dinner reservations with her connections at restaurants, scheduled (and then rescheduled when our lunch reservation moved) COVID tests for travel back to the US, and arranged an evening checkout for some of us on a redeye flight. She seemed to be everywhere at once, and the staff all seem to mimic her positivity and proactivity. We loved everyone's energy and will definitely return for more sushi nikkei soon! 

Perfect stay in Lima at Hyatt Centric

We stayed here Thurs night ahead of our flight back to the US on Friday night (technically Saturday morning since it was at 2:45am). Upon arriving, and after 9 days of roughing it on the Inca Trail, busses, and hostels, the Hyatt Centric was the exact luxury we needed to feel sane again. Loved the wash clothes, soft beds, plush white bedding, carpeted floors, clean and modern room and bathrooms, and also the amazing service by the staff. They truly take pride in delivering quality service and being helpful that I have absolutely no complaints. Their English is great as well if you don’t speak much Spanish like me. In addition, the area is wonderful and feels safe. 

Best place to stay in Lima

Our stay at Hyatt San Isidro was unforgettable, the service provided in every area was above and beyond, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, the cleanliness is outstanding and the location is perfect! 

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the place was spotless clean. Food was amazing. And the rooftop bar is so beautiful at night.  Overall, we will definitely go back. 

Weekend stay

My experience was fair. Room is nice, good is good. Just be aware of the rooftop bar. Has found music untill midnight. I was on floor 7, the bar in 10th. Couldn't sleep until midnight every day the bar was open. 
I won't returne to this hotel on my next trip

We stayed her for 1 night at the end of our 2 week trip in Peru. The area is safe and quiet. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. The food was delicious for breakfast and dinner. The wi fi worked very well and the room had everything we needed. They helped arrange taxis and helped arrange our covid test to get back to the US. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it. 

Beautiful hotel and great service

We find an enormous bogey in our bathroom. This is unaccetable ! The manager just appologize. The location is good. The service for breakfast on sunday was poor : not enough  waiter, waiting Time important. At the checkout, 10% or tax was added, there were not precise in the contract!!!

Wonderful hotel, great service! Dinner was perfect. General manager is incredible helpful! Swimming pool small but convenient and temperature was perfect. Greater bar the rooftop! Great location! Thanks

A very modern decor with artistic touches. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Room very spacious and clean. Good and large buffet breakfast. Gym and pool on the roof with a bar next to it. Highly recommended!!

the staff at this Hyatt was exceptional.  Helped us from start to finish and went above and beyond our needs.  They really made our stay in Lima Memorable.  We had a late flight and they let us stay in our room for as long as we needed.  Whatever we needed no extra charge

Management and Staff will exceed your expectations with service, knowledge and accommodating traveler requests.  Hotel is meticulous in all areas.  Cleanliness, quality, informative.  Dining is excellent with many delicious culinary expertise. Knowledge, follow through and delivery of any excursion is top notch by Concierge services.  Roof top bar and pool not to be missed. Hospitality with Peace of Mind

Was in Lima for business and this hotel took excellent care of me, from laundry to room service, amazing food and drinks, and the most friendly bilingual staff.

Don’t hesitate to stay here, you will love it. 

If you’re from out of the country, remember not to drink the tap water, use bottled water to brush your teeth, and don’t flush your toilet paper!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at

The staff go an extra mile to make your stay and experience a memorable vacation.  From the top Carolina and Karina and everyone made you feel extra special.  The hotel is very clean and new.  From the time they open the door you are greeted like royalty.

Always sad to leave this oasis at the end of my business trips to Lima.  They do a great job and it is very comfortable as a base from which to explore, go out to meetings, or simply to while away some time.   They keep improving little things and they really get the needs of the international business traveller.

Good location, and hotel is new.  Staff is very nice.  Quite the jot to Miraflores (even via taxi), but there are some nice restaurants and places of interest within a mile or two walking distance.  Gym was awesome!  One concern I have is I booked through a third party site since the prices for this Hyatt were better than Hyatt directly.  Learned on my last day we had the smallest room they had.  It was tight even for two people.  I guess when you book 3rd party, one should just accept sub par products/services.

Business Trip

Very well located and clean and smart property. Food is amazing and top floor Celeste restaurant was amazing. Pool was temperature controlled. Gym is very new and well equipped. Staff is very courteous. Check-in process and check out process is good and quick. Comfort and luxury come together.

Excellent Hotel and location. Impeccable. Simple Impeccable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was to the Hyatt standard, large and comfortable. Too bad the Celeste's Bar a top of the hotel was closed due to a private events during my stay. It's my favorite place of the hotel.

Met Expectations

very well located in the best area of Lima, quite close to the financial centre and main avenues in a quiet secondary street with upscale shops and fantastic food, this hotel even have one of the trendiest restaurants in Lima and a very nice rooftop bar.

Wow what can I say.  Great rooms, facilities, food, it’s 5 star in Lima with style.  Would stay here again for sure.  Great value too,  nothing is pretentiously overpriced.  Loved it.  Can’t wait to come back soon!

Great stay

A very good experience.  This is a full modern hotel with youth staff very well trained and a positive service orientation.  Nice food and a bar with good vibes and drink.  Well designed rooms for a pleasant sleep and very near of everything corporate or leissure.

We had a venue for 30 people in the hotel. Everyone was extremely happy with the food as well as the service! Everyone was very polite and helpful, everything was excellent, cocktails were delicious, service was impeccable! Will be definitely coming back happily. A great experience

The hotel staff is superb, warm, attentive to the smallest details and extremely professional. Breakfast is great (but makes you eat much more than you want because everything is delicious :)), food is also very good. Overall, a great experience.

Great experience in Lima

My stay here was excellent.  The staff was very professional, and courteous.  The facility and especially my room was very clean, and always flawless.  The ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurants were great and the food & drinks were even better.  I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.  

A Gem

We stayed here one night on our way to Cuzco.  The accommodations were comfortable, clean, modern, and the food and service were exceptional.  The location is central to many sights of Lima.  One of my favorite Hyatt properties!

Excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable. The food is great and very well located. The staff do care about your needs. They go above and beyond on what you need. At the restaurant they always remember my needs and have my coffee ready the way I liked it.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Hyatt Centric San Isidro. The Hotel is superb. The staff is very attentive to the guests' needs. The check in process was quick and efficient. The room was beyond expectations and very quiet, which is important for guests that have a heavy schedule and need a good night sleep. The food and restaurant service are excellent. The Celeste Bar atop of the hotel is very cozy, even though it is winter in Peru, it offers a relaxing atmosphere. Check out was quick and the concierge quickly show me the way to board my taxi to the airport

Great Business Hotel in the Heart of San Isidro

I really enjoyed my experience in this hotel. Very modern, staff very friendly. The food is great. Loved it. Definately in my list if I visit Lima again. Would recommend a more comfortable desk in the room to use my laptop and more ilumination.

Modern, clean, great service

Had a short stay in Lima after a trip to Cusco and a friend recommended this property. Loved the contemporary design and location. Having a drink and bite to eat at rooftop bar with pool and views of city at night is a must!

Great property and location!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Modern, Clean, Food is incredible and very Centric to the best area of Peru. The Hotel staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel is very new and the lobby and sjy terrace bar are very well designed and confortable. I will be staying there on all my future trips to Lima without a doubt. The hotle is in the best and safest area of Lima and close to all other areas. Just minutes from the beach. 

Hyatt Centric PERU

Hotel was good, they overprice transportation, get your own transportation, download Uber and you can use UBER black for a 3rd of what they want to charge !   Also this hotel is clean and the food is great. But the location was not good, there is hardly any restaurants or bars to go to walking distance,  we decide to move to Miraflores right across from Larco Mar, walking distance to the beach.  Completely different experience.

Family trip

Very good food (buffet breakfast, restaurant and the daily bar).
Excellent and outstanding service with a personal touch - giving you always the impression of being a most valued client.
Hotel amenities (gym!) are in a very good and clean condition, WiFi fast and reliable. Rooms are large / mind that facing main street lower levels suffer some more noise here and there than court.
Rooftop bar a must-go for even locals which tells you a lot about the overall approach. Stylish hotel which serves both the business traveler and the vacationer alike.


You can’t go wrong with that when in Lima

I stayed at the Hyatt for a four day workshop and basically had no time to leave the hotel, so a pleasant atmosphere and diverse options is doubly important. The Hyatt had all of that in addition to very friendly and helpful staff and well appointed rooms. Celeste, the roof top bar is a high light.

Wonderful views

Great place to stay, they are clean, well kept, and the Staff is fantastic!,  Everyone was helpful and the breakfast display is fantastic. High Recommended they Hyatt to everyone who travels to Peru. The rooftop lounge is a great place to hang out 

Great Place!

Very nice hotel indeed. Rooms are pretty modern. Complementary in-room water and coffee from a proper espresso machine! Recommend taking the breakfast - the food was delicious, great selection.

Cannot really comment on location. It was a business trip, so not a lot of opportunity to wander around. However I was left with an impression of the neighborhood being safe, and rather central, not far from Miraflores district.

Excellent quality in a city setting

Apparently this new hotel does not have new or working Air Conditioning.  Room was uncomfortable the entire stay.  Make sure the staff walks with you up to the room to check the cooling before accepting your room.  Was not a good experience.

Heat

I'm very impressed with the attention and service provided by all staffs at this hotel.  Definitely recommend and will be staying here for my next trips.  The food is excellent and highly recommend dining here if you have the chance. 

Fantastic Hotel

Best hotel service, staff and food in San Isidro - Peru.  The staff knew us and remembered our names, and even knew what we loved to eat.  The service was exceptional.  The room was so clean and detailed.  Very impressive!

Unforgettable experience at Hyatt Centric

This hotel is brand new and exceeded all my expectations.  First, the hotel property is beautiful and has a fantastic fitness center and bars/restaurant.  What makes this hotel truly special is the staffing.  Gianfranco, the concierge was able to get my wife and I a reservation at a World Famous restaurant while in town.  The staffing of the bellmen, front desk, restaurant, etc., all made us feel like special guests.  It's rare to see an entire staff call guests by their names and remember them.  This was my experience and as a person who travels 200 days a year, I appreciated it and this hotel.

Best place I stayed in Lima

Hotel is new and well appointed.  Rooms are comfortable and quiet.  Excellent service and food. Situated in San Isidro.   The concierge was able to made several restaurant reservations on short notice.  I will definitely come back again. 

Great hotel!  Friendly staff and modern rooms

Great hotel. The staff was excellent even though the hotel was experiencing issues with hot water i was blown away with the staff's training and service during a challenging event. I would stay again because it would be unlikely they would have the water issues they were experiencing. Since this is a new hotel there are still some maintiance kinks being worked out. With that said the staff didn't seem like a new staff. The staff is highly trained and able to make you feel like you should at a five star hotel. Very impressed with the food and beverage program and the knowledge staff at the resturant. The rooms are excellent and the local is central to activities in lima. 

Great Potential

We stayed at this property for two night before heading to Cusco.  This is a new hotel, great condition, amazing service.  We ate dinner in the hotel one night and it was very high quality, local cuisine.  I would highly recommend this property if you are in Lima.

El hotel es muy agradable, durante toda la estadía la atención es impecable, te hacen sentir cómodo. La comida exquisita, una buena variedad en el desayuno y en la carta del restaurant también. Calidad, confort, distinción y sobre todo Calidad Humana. Esas son las palabras que tengo para valorar mi estadía en el Hyatt Centric de Lima en Septiembre 2023. Volvería mas veces sin lugar a duda. La zona es muy tranquila. Su bar en la terraza Celeste es magnifico. El desayuno espectacular. 
Si buscas movida a la noche, tenes que tomar un taxi hacia la zona de Miraflores a 10 minutos hotel hotel.

Excelente hotel e localizacao. Otimo cafe da manha. Custo beneficio. Voltaria com certeza a ficar neste hotel. Quartos limpos e novos. Penso que faltaria somente uma mesa de trabalho dentro dos quartos.

Magnífica ubicación, servicio impecable, habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Hay muchas alternativas para quedarse en Lima, pero esta es sin duda una de las mejores. Lo recomiendo sin duda para tu próximo viaje.

De los buenos hoteles que hemos estado, buena ubicación es realmente un agrado, su personal muy atento y el buffet de desayuno y comida en general, por lejos lo mejor que hemos visto.

Excelente elección

La atención, el desayuno, las instalaciones, todo impecable. Cada vez que voy a lima me quedo en el mismo lugar. Para hacer negocios es un execelente espacio. Buena ubicación, muy buen traslado desde el hotel. 

Personal super amable  y muy atentos excelente todo la comida en el restaurante super bueno y con muy buena predisposicion para atender cualquier hora todos tienen amplio conocimiento de todo lo que se ofrece

Excelente atención

El hotel maravilloso, las instalaciones impecables, alimentos y bebidas deliciosas y un staff super comprometido con hacerte sentir como en casa. En el restaurante tuve una gran experiencia, en especial bajo la atención de Esteban que hizo la diferencia. Tienen mucho foco en la experiencia del cliente y me fui sumamente satisfecha.

Me siento feliz de haber escogido el Hotel Hyatt para mi sesión de fotos preboda y que casualidad que también fue mi cumpleaños. Me hicieron sentir muy bien. ¡Gracias! espero volver pronto :) Recomiendo el paquete de bodas.

Quisiera reconocer al personal del hotel, todos muy serviciales y preocupados. El desayuno debe ser el mejor de Lima, hay muchísima variedad y pensada en todos los estilos de alimentación. Las instalaciones buenísimas.

Excelentes instalaciones, habitaciones impecables, buena comida y buen ambiente. Muy completo, bien ubicado, linda decoración, los empleados son muy amables. Rooftop es muy bonito, buena musica y ricos tragos, muy recomendable

Habitaciones impecables, buena comida y excelente atención del personal.  Todo funciona bien en el hotel, el personal es amable, el desayuno muy bueno.  Lo único negativo es que no hay mucha variedad de restoranes cerca del hotel.
