Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed with moist hand towels and a free fruit drink, were given free tickets for a welcome drink at the rooftop, and received a complimentary desert sampler that was brought to our room. The front desk allowed us to check in to our room at 10 am due to our early arrival and the hotel was in mint condition.

Needed a last minute stay and booked this beautiful hotel 30 minutes before showing up. The staff were so friendly. Immediately offered me a water or juice during check in. The room was spacious and felt luxurious. Cafe, bar, and restaurant all onsite. Great gym as well! I have already booked my next stay with them.

Birthday celebration in Lima, this hotel met my expectations and was very comfortable . Family friend and had. A great roof top bar to enjoy the views and local drinks.

Top-notch service and an amazing breakfast. I have been to many ***** hotels in Lima over the years (most of which in Miraflores) and I'll stay with Hyatt going forward.

High end yet affordable option in San Isidro. Comfortable room with excellent on site dining options. We will stay here again if we return to Lima, which we hope to do soon.

Staff super friendly and helpful, great location and modern facilities. Their breakfast is one of the best I had on my travels, and they have a beautiful rooftop bar called Celeste.

Duration 7-12 to 7-18 2026 What was good: Clean room, Doormen, food and food staff What was bad: Deceptive and inaccurate charges. I booked a reservation on May 11, 2026 and called to confirm the rates on June 22, 2026. When I arrived on 7/12 and noticed that the charges looked different I showed the proof of original reservation rate from cell phone. This is after I inquired 3x to the 2 women and 1 male staff that I would be charged based on the original reservation room rate (not including incidentals-I used a different card for this). When I checked out on 7/18, I noticed the overcharge for the room rates but left late at night when their billing was not available to address the issue. In7/27, I noticed the incorrect over-charge on credit card and called the hotel in the morning to address it. She mentioned billing would not be available for the next few hours and I needed proof. I asked the representative to send me an email (that is already in their system) to include the billing representatives contact so I can reply back with the proof. She disconnected the call and would not accept the call when I attempted to call back 2 more times. I had to find a general email mailbox for the hotel and sent the details regarding the overcharge. The woman that replied to the email was very reluctant to refund the overcharge and tried sending me a screenshot of what looked like an excel spreadsheet of which values can easily be modified/manipulated. I explained that I called in June to confirm the rates so someone must have changed the charges whether she realized it or not. After several back and forth emails, she finally agreed to provide the refund based on the proof provided. I did not like the fact that: 1) hotel representative disconnected the phone call multiple times 2) Email responder was reluctant to address the overcharge. I had to send proof which was already included on the initial email. It took almost 6 hrs before I finally got a response that the hotel will agree to honour the rate 3) I never received an original invoice post stay which should have provided a breakdown of charges (even if incorrect). 4) I am still waiting on feedback for when the hotel intends to apply a refund of overcharge back on the original credit card. 5) Having this negative experience negated the positive aspects that I experienced with other staff because it makes me wonder if this frequently occurs when unnoticed/unchallenged. Also, having to address this was a ridiculous waste of my time. Advice: If you decide to still book at this hotel 1) When you receive the hotel reservation via email, contact the hotel within a couple of weeks to confirm that the rates match your reservation 2) When you arrive at the hotel have a printed copy of your original reservation and reconfirm that you will be charged that same rate based on the reservation previously agreed to. 3) Before you leave provide another copy of the original reservation, compare the final rate(s) and ask them to email you the invoice with a break down of charges while you are still there so you can review the charges. *It is strange I never received an invoice with a breakdown of charges.

As always this hotel and its staff doesn´t dissapoint. Excellent product, great food selection, location and personnel that is always looking at for your needs with a smile in their faces.

We had a great experience at this hotel. As a globalist, we received excellent service here, even better than Park Hyatt Chicago. We stayed here for two nights after we arrived in Lima and another two nights before leaving Peru. They remember our preference and prepared everything perfectly. Flawless housekeeping. The room is very clean and well maintained.

Stayed at Hyatt Centric San Isidro and had a very positive experience. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and willing to help with any request, which made the stay comfortable and stress free from check in to departure. The food was another highlight. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and high quality options, and the restaurant meals were well prepared and enjoyable. I loved the carrot and ginger shots. The service team in the restaurant was attentive and welcoming. The only downside is the size of the swimming pool - the depth rather. It is just above one meeter deep and is not really offering what it could at the roof of that hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a good atmosphere. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Lima. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
