Easy to find and excellent location. It is just outside the busy areas, giving peace and quiet, yet just a short walk to the area with lots of restaurants and shops (and sight seeing opportunities). We arrived by cruise ship and walked with our luggage to the hotel who graciously stored it until check-in several hours later. It was a little bit of a longer walk than I like, but the weather was gorgeous and it was a relatively flat walk, we had time to kill and we saved ourselves the cab fare. We did take a cab to our car rental place 3 days later and the hotel arranged it for us. All staff was delightful. The room was clean and roomy. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Nicely situated (although on a busy street, very close to old Montreal). However, quite expensive, and if you're leaving before 0700, do not get the "breakfast included" option. We left at 0600 and got a boxed breakfast. It could have been nice, but instead was frozen pancakes. BTW, there is no microwave in the room, so good luck with the frozen pancakes for breakfast.

As our head office is near here, we always stay at the Hyatt Centric. Always super clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff, and amazingly close to Old Montreal (just a 7min walk). We love staying here, every single time

The hotel provided our basic needs. The bed was comfortable, pillows were adequate, shower worked well. The room had limited space for clothing (we were staying for several days and I wanted to partially unpack). The restaurant menu was minimal. Front desk staff was not very helpful. However, on the day of checkout, a gentleman in the lobby, an hotel employee, took us under his arm. He had the desk call a taxi but it was the day of the bicycle race and the taxi could not come to the front door. He took us downstairs to the other stop and waited with us. When the taxi didn't come, he called the taxi, was given a new stop and took us to it. This happened several times with 10 or more calls from the gentleman to the taxi. Had it not been for him, we would have never found the taxi ride to the airport.

Exceptional space and location. The room and food were definitely beyond the standard. The staff were all absolutely amazing. I'll stay here again.

Outstanding and first experience at Hyatt Centric in Downtown Montreal. From the time I did the pre-check in and left my luggage in storage to when I left, my experience was amazing. The front desk staff and front door attendant anticipated my needs and were helpful, polite and kind. The hotel itself is well designed. The room had high celling, was well decorated, comfortable, and had unbelievable view of old Montreal. The bathroom was modern and the products available had great scents. The rooftop pool and space is well designed and enjoyable. Again, there is a beautiful view of old Montreal and surroundings.

Very clean, Staff very nice, friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect. Rooms were immaculate. Wish I did the buffet breakfast but didn't have a chance. Next time.

The hotel was really nice and quiet. The pool had an amazing view. There was room service we did not use, and a good place to eat downstairs. The only thing that was not right was a fridge that keeps things at 19 C. So you need Ice for cold drinks and can not keep food. Very odd, but other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Excellent Hotel, location was perfect and the area and the rooms were so quiet and comfortable! Highy recommend for a trip to Old Montreal everything was walkable distance! Greatly enjoyed our stay and the service! Regards, Harold

Great Hyatt hotel in Old Port, clean , modern and rooms are exceptional. Close to many restaurants and bars, Jacque Cartier street is 5 mins walk.
