Great hotel. Awesome pool, with a hot tub and a kids water area. We didn’t eat but restaurant was beautiful decor. Room was spacious and clean. Location is supreme, across street from one casino and 10 min walk to another. A 10 min drive to most of the best places you’d want to eat. 15 min from old San Juan. 5 min from airport. Lastly the VEVO beach club that your able to use and get shuttled to is very nice including and very good restaurant/brewery.

Great hotel! Terrific location close to the beach and food. Pool, hot tub and pool restaurant / bar were great. We also appreciated access to the Beach Club and it was a lot of fun. All staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and we felt very welcomed. I would absolutely recommend the Hyatt Centric!

Great location about a block away from the beach. Affordable uber ride to Old San Juan and convenient to get to Liga Pro Soccer game at night. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great experience and reasonably priced.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The entire hotel is very clean, well maintained, and even smells wonderful when you walk in. The rooms are beautifully designed, modern, comfortable, and very clean. The food is also delicious, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything feels thoughtfully put together, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Business trip, I had one of my business trips to juncos pr. I wanted to try Hyatt as a Marriot Titanium member. I was very satisfied and impressed with the stuff kindness and respect.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Overall, my experience was quite lovely. The facilities gardens and rooms were all very well maintained. The staff was extra helpful and polite, and eager to assist with any issue or question. The only meals I had at the hotel were breakfast, which was a standard hotel breakfast. I would give five stars, however upon returning to my room, one evening I found shards of glass on the floor of my room. I’m sure this was an accident, but it did happen and I did have to report for the safety of my feet. Cleaning service promptly came to the room and vacuumed all the glass. I wish I did not have to say that because otherwise everything was very nice.

Staying at the Hyatt for the second time confirmed why I stayed the first. The staff the cleanliness and overall quality exceed my expectations. I love the Hyatt.
