Pet Policy

You are welcome to bring up to two pets weighing up to 50 pounds each to stay with you in your room. The hotel charges a nonrefundable fee to cover the deep cleaning of the room on departure.

FEES:

1–6 nights: $75 / stay

7–30 nights: $125 / stay, plus $100 additional cleaning fee

30-plus nights: $300 per month (Additional charges may apply.)

Restrictions:

Individual pet weight limit: 50 pounds

Number of pets per room: 2

Smoking Policy

Hyatt Centric San Juan - Isla Verde is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes and marijuana are strictly prohibited within the hotel. By booking through this website, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection sensors in its rooms. These sensors enable hotel management to respond to smoking events without disrupting your stay. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensor in your room and acknowledge and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel to ensure a smoke-free stay for all guests. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the sensor in a room you may book. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited. Smoking fee is $500.

Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $45.00 plus tax (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
