Nice hotel in an excellent location. Staff went above and beyond from front desk, restaurant/ bar, jet ski rental to gift shop. Only downside is resort fees $75+tax and parking fee $50+tax per night.

Location is perfect and the entire staff is very friendly. The location to Old Town Key West is a perfect little walk to all of the activities.

Really enjoyed our experience here! Loved the views of the water… Loved a restaurant on site… Loved the turtle sanctuary… Loved the fruit water machine in the lobby… loved the location of the pool and hot tub and bar… Loved the convenience of location to the historic Seaport area of Key West as well as very simple walking distance to Duvall Street!

The rooms were clean and quiet. The atmosphere was beautiful inside and out. The most relaxing place. We were very lucky to have beautiful weather.

From the friendly, welcoming staff to the beautiful grounds, spotless room, and spectacular views, everything exceeded our expectations. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend booking an ocean-view room. The views were absolutely spectacular and made our stay even more special. The location is also perfect, within easy walking distance of so many shops, restaurants, and attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend the Hyatt Centric Key West!

Great location, room was clean and well maintained. No complaints. Staff was attentive. It was raining when we arrived and the front desk gave us umbrellas to use for out stay. Nice touch.

My wife and I made a last minute decision to drive down and couldn't of asked for a better experience. We most DEFINITELY will be coming back and staying here. Will get a ocean facing room next time.

The location was perfect as a block from Duval St and several great restaurants. We especially appreciated the friendly and supportive staff at the desk. Housekeeping was very good. They even cleaned the tile floors every day.

Location perfect on the gulf close to Harbor walk/ restaurants , excellent customer service, keurig and espresso in spacious modern room. Bathroom was over the top. Balcony w amazing water views.

Great experience at the Hyatt Centric. Customer service was outstanding. Location and views of the ocean were spectacular. Hotel has everything you need to relax and enjoy Key West. Guest room was clean, bed comfortable, great TV and good ocean view. Only complaint was that the tile floor was worn and needed a refresh.
