Our property is designed to offer something special for every type of traveler:
Solo Travelers: Unwind at the spa, explore the island’s adventures, and immerse yourself in local culture with our curated Centric Bucket List.
Couples: Enjoy romantic experiences like couples’ massages, sunset dining at Four Flamingos, and water excursions with Fury Water Sports or Floridays Cruises—right from our dock. Just an 8-minute walk to Duval Street for nightlife and shopping.
Families: Spacious rooms and oversized bathrooms, pool and hot tub, beach access with toys and inflatables, plus hands-on fun like feeding rescued turtles. We’re steps away from the Aquarium and historic sites.
Business Travelers: Three versatile meeting rooms with Gulf views, in-room work-friendly setups (ample outlets, counter space, balcony tables), and cabanas for a unique “work-from-pool” experience. High-speed Wi-Fi included in the resort fee.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. We do not guarantee early check-in or late check-out in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability, at the time of your arrival or departure.
Resort Fee is $62 plus tax. Below are the inclusions:
The daily resort fee includes sustainable, reusable water bottles provided in the guestrooms; Welcome Drink; Access to pool noodles, inflatable floats, & floating dock; 2-hour bike rental; Access to beach fire pits; Premium access to Press Reader; Hydration Stations around the resort; Afternoon poolside refreshments & chilled towels; On site weekly activities & entertainment; beach chairs for excursions; Live music featuring local & regional artists; Access to CoCo’s Monkey Adventures – a local connection for those who like to adventure; Access to beach and beach chairs on Blue Mojito & Shor Beach; Library & board games available daily on the porch; On site jet ski, golf cart & fishing charter access; Poolside food & beverage service.
Rooms & Amenities
We do not have suites; however, we do have connecting rooms available for families traveling with children. For more information, please contact the hotel.
There are mini refrigerators in all guestrooms, but we do not have microwaves.
We welcome one dog weighing up to 50 pounds and two dogs weighing no more than 75 pounds combined. For stays lasting fewer than six nights, there is a one-time, nonrefundable $150 fee, and for more than six nights, the fee is $300. Please note that pets are not allowed in public areas, including the pool, beach area, and restaurants. *We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.
Yes, we service the rooms daily, but you can customize it based on your needs. There is also a Do Not disturb sign available in each room.
Yes, this is available through our World of Hyatt application.
We do not have laundry onsite; however, we offer laundry services through a 3rd party company at an additional fee. This is available Monday-Friday, and clothes must be dropped off prior to 7am and will be delivered between 6pm-8pm.
Parking, Travel & Transportation
We do not have a shuttle, but we do recommend Taxi, Uber, & Lyft from the airport or KW Express. We have golf cart rentals available on property for an additional fee.
We do have onsite parking for guests. Self-parking is $40+ a night and Premium Self-Parking is $45+ a night.
Hyatt Regency Key West Resort & Spa is located in the heart of Old Town Key West. We are walking distance to Duval Street and around the corner from the marina.
Our marina is private, but we do recommend Key West Bight Marina or Garrison Bight Marina to dock your boat.
Hotel Facilities
Our resort features Jala Spa, which is open daily with confirmed reservations from 9:00 AM – 7:00PM. If you do not see your preferred availability, please contact us at: jalaspakwest@hyatt.com
Yes. Our Fitness Center offers a fully-equipped gym providing a comfortable environment for you to maintain your workout routine. After a full day of exploring Old Town, unwind at the fitness center, where facilities have been designed to meet all of your requirements. Key features include:

Yes, we are able to accommodate these requests.
- All signs must be professionally printed or painted. Hand-written signs are not permitted. In the event extra sign holders or easels are required please contact your Event Manager.
- Nothing should be posted on, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture. All signs must be displayed on easels or sign holders. If assistance is required to hang banners, labor and material costs will be charged on an hourly basis.
We are able to accommodate these requests.
- Should your event attendees have a food or proximity allergy or dietary restriction, please notify your Event Manager twenty-one (21 days) prior to your event so the Hotel may be accommodated.
- We can accommodate Kosher meal requests for an additional charge, and will arrange delivery of meals from local Kosher restaurants or offer pre-packaged meals. A minimum of seven days’ notice is required. For special kosher needs, please contact your Event Sales or Event Planning Manager.
Yes. For a seamless experience, we recommend welcome bags to be distributed to guests at the time of check-in. We can accommodate both non-personalized and personalized options, each available for a fee. If you would prefer your guest’s items to be delivered to the guestroom.
