I hope their service passion as good as last time. my previous stay, their service is one of the best. but this time, the passion is no longer there.

The staff and service is excellent. The rooms are super comfy. The location is great too. The infinity pools is marvelous.

Nice place for a quick business trip, very nice pool and gym facilities. Excellent Breakfast. Missing some partnership with local spa or massage company.

Good service, good food. Hotel is new and pool is salt pool. Good place for staycation. We really enjoyed the stay. Would go back again.

This hotel had a beautiful lobby and check in experience. The staff are Hyatt standard, very friendly, respectful and helpful. We especially found this warm welcome with Prakash at the pool. The room we were upgraded to unfortunately had issues and we had to change rooms. The new room functioned well but I was disappointed with the level of noise at night. The motorbikes and supercars passing by seeped through the windows and even the ear plugs. Be sure to get a room NOT facing KLCC to avoid the noise. Was also a bit disappointed about the balcony’s lack of any furniture. No chairs or table. No point to have a balcony then, in my opinion. Apart from this, the room was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom/shower was well designed. The in room coffee machine is a great touch. I still love the Hyatt group of hotels, but not sure I would be going back here with my kids, mostly because of the noise and lack of any kids related activities.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the overall service. All of the staff were very friendly, respectful, and welcoming, and they always made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The only issue I experienced was the noise at night. Because the hotel is located near the street, I could hear quite a bit of traffic and outside noise, especially late at night. I would highly recommend upgrading or improving the windows to provide better sound insulation. This would make the stay even more comfortable, especially for guests who are sensitive to noise. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The wonderful staff and great service made the experience very positive.

Great location with Kuala lumpur however on quite a busy road so was quite noisy at night. The hotel provider ear plugs which helps a lot. We were on the 18th floor so wasn't terrible but imagine it would be quite loud in a lower floor. Overall lovely rooms and great value for money
