Pet Policy

For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea. Thank you for your understanding.

Children Policy

• Accommodation: Children under the age of 12 stay for free in the room of their parents.
• Buffet: Children up to 5 years of age dine for free; children ages 6 to 12 enjoy 50% off.
• Swimming Pool: Children under the age of 16 are allowed to access under the supervision of their parents.

Smoking Policy

To preserve the comfort, safety, and well-being of every guest, Grand Hyatt The Red Sea maintains a strictly non-smoking policy across all guestrooms and suites, including the use of shisha. Smoking or using shisha in any non-designated area will result in a deep-cleaning charge of SAR (500 ) .

Late Checkout Fee

We would like to inform you that your checkout time is noon, and the fee will be applicable as per the following for late checkout:

• 1st hour: 25% of the room rate
• 2nd hour: 50% of the room rate
• 3rd hour: full-day charge 

Guests are requested to furnish SAR (300) for Rooms & SAR (600) for Suites as refundable deposit for incidentals.

Prohibited in Rooms

For the safety of our guests and the protection of the property, bakhoor burners (manual or electric), hot plates, candles, and any cooking or heating devices are strictly prohibited within guestrooms and suites.
