We stayed one night at the Grand Hyatt Incheon before our trip to Hanoi. The biggest advantages are the unbeatable location and the frequent free shuttle — every 30 minutes from Terminal 2 (Gate 4A), which made getting to and from the airport effortless. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even with our late check-out request. If I ever travel through Korea on my way to another country again, this is where I'll stay — no question. Highly recommended!

This is a perfect hotel for a transfer between flights or for preparing to fly out. Not recommended for a stay in Seoul. It is far from Seoul centre and there are better accommodation in Seoul. The swimming pool and spa are an asset but please be warned if the reception mentions they close at 22:00 the last entry may be much earlier. So really check with the Club Olympus (I missed the pool time because of the misinformation). Otherwise, great service, clean and comfortable room - even though the decor is dated - and most importantly very quiet. The staff is professional and 5 stars.

Perhaps the best hotel accommodation I've experienced in over half a century of travel. The professionalism of every staff member I encountered during my week-long stay should be the model for all luxury level accommodations.

Staff and service level is outstanding. Hotel is in an older building and the rooms are dated. The breakfast and dinner buffets are good which is rare for a large hotel. The location is good for an airport hotel. It was easy to get an UberCab to go into Chinatown and see a museum, shops and get good Chinese food, which is why we stayed two nights. Otherwise we were there just to get ready for our flight back to the US. The casino/mall complex nearby gave more choices to eat and shop then you normally get at an airport hotel.

Amazing hotel , great services and helpful staff , the food is beyond expectations , big variety and halal options are available.

It is convenient to go from the airport to the hotel via the hotel shuttle. The service and courtesy from staff is excellent. The amenities are convenient. One weird thing was that the door handle from the inside of the room fell off. That made me wonder what happened and whether I was safe.

It is a beautiful hotel and regretfully we stayed there very shortly due to early flight but the hotel is amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious and so are the toilets and shower.

Mr Kim is one of the best ever staff I met in any of the hotels or restaurants I visited. He is genuinely caring about the guests with constant positive smile.

Great hotel with amazing breakfast buffet and super helpful staff. Can almost walk there from terminal one. Wonderful views of airport, but very quiet.

I stayed in one of the King deluxe rooms and it was amazing. Very clean, great view, no smell, and excellent room service. The staff are also all professional and helpful, so my requests never felt burdensome. I will definitely be returning!

Cleanliness of the room and also cozy lighting. The toilet properly cleaned and good amenities. Overall, the hotel is organized and assistance from staff from reception to concierge and restaurants are excellent.

Fantastic restaurants with a very large spread. Very next lap pool facility for a proper workout. Rooms are clean and facility is well maintained. However, there are limited amenities around the hotel and it's a 20min ride on the hotel shuttle, which operates on a 30min frequency.

The staff from the package nagged me twice as my friend wanted to give me a surprise for my birthday and she wrote the other tower in the address. They should asked in a kind manner and bring proper hospitality.
