Love Grand Hyatt DFW
We have stayed here, several times. We use Grand Hyatt DFW, often. We live over two hours from DFW, so we tend to stay the night before a flight and, depending on circumstances and arrival time, we might stay again on arrival. We are so thankful that the staff is so friendly and accommodating. They preemptively ask questions and make sure everything is set up for us. This last trip, everything was absolutely perfect. After arriving deep into the evening after 16 hours of travel …. It was so nice to have such a wonderful experience and great place to rest. We couldn’t have dreamed up a better place.
Be Prepared to be Cold
The meeting room was extremely cold which made it uncomfortable over the two days we were there. When we asked for it to be changed, the temp moved very little. The private dining room off of the restaurant was almost icy- and it is so noisy that it is difficult to hear folks at your table. Even though the hotel was renovated- and the rooms are. lovely- this private dining area did not receive the attention it deserved.

Amazing Room! Absolutely Stay Here
Great room, I hated to leave…If I had more time I would have stayed an extra day just to hang out in the amazing room. Absolutely recommend!

Convenient Location and Outstanding Customer Service
I reserved a small room for an overnight stay between flights. Leticia at the Front Desk was fantastic and extremely helpful. She upgraded me to a runway view room. The room was immaculate and well-stocked with free amenities. Leticia helped me with my bags coming and going, and made sure I was aware of all free services available. I can't say enough good things about her. I need to travel to foreign countries, and I already made 3 reservations for future stays between flights because of the outstanding customer service I received at the Grand Hyatt DFW.

A "Grand" layover
Amazing layover hotel attached to the DFW airport. This place is always a welcome stop in an overwise extremely taxing travel. The staff and accomodations are always impressive.

Best hotel at DFW
I was travelling via DFW and I had an overnight stay due to flight delays. I always wanted to stay here and I got a chance. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel lobby and the restaurant is amazing. Everyone is nice, I was sitting at the bar and the food was great. The rooms are clean and very high-tech. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you Hyatt for the great experience. I will surely stay here again.

Great hotel with to notch rooms
Amazing property and excellent staff. They have tonal in the gym which was fun to use. Suite was great and the quality of the furniture is top notch. Oh and the bathroom and deep soaking tub were great. Staff took extra care to make sure my stat was excellent and were accommodating to my unique situation prior to arrival that may have resulted in cancellation. Put me at ease.

The greatest friendliest hotel staff anywhere!!! Grand views of active runways and the latest in electronic shades, lights, connections!!..only short walk to texrail and adventures to Grapevine and The Stockyards!

A welcome stopover in an airport
A highly desirable hotel situated at terminal D at DFW an upgrade of all others in the area. The room was perfectly equipped and surprising technically modern. The room service breakfast although a bit expensive was on time well made and provided large portions

Clean, beautiful, right in airport
Room was beautiful and clean. The front desk is literally up the escalator from an airport security checkpoint. Very convenient!

Great conference hotel!
What an excellent surprise! This hotel was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. From my arrival to my departure, I can’t think of one criticism to post here. The staff, amenities and overall feel were perfect for an in and out conference experience. I have been to many old and tired hotels. This was not one of them! If you’re planning an event mid-country, the Grand Hyatt at DFW should be your first choice.

Nice businsess meetings venue
I was expecting an older, run down property being in an airport. Rooms were very nice, clean with cool tech like remote blinds and lighting control at the bedside. Bathroom was large and very clean. Staff was friendly and the food was really good. Much better than I expected.

Great place to stay at dfw
Great room, easy convenience to airport, very nice accommodating staff, view of runways was really cool. We will stay here again when we fly out of dfw.

They go over and above
The hotel has been updated and is very nice. Excellent personal service. Food was great. Room was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. They picked us up at Terminal E (DFW’s nightmare terminal) and brought us around to Terminal D, since we had a checked bag. Great experience! Highly recommend!

5 am AA DFW Flight and Grand Hyatt
My husband and I had a 5 am flight out of DFW. This was our first time staying at the Grand Hyatt. I was hesitant at first because of the price, but the ease of getting to the ticket counter for an early flight made it worth it. We checked in, took our luggage to the room, parked our car at express parking, and shuttled back to the hotel. The next morning, we went straight to the AA ticket counter, dropped our bags, and went straight to our gate.

Ideal Experience
A great experience from check in to check out. But, one staff member went above and beyond. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt because our very early morning flight was departing from Terminal D. When I checked our flight status early Monday morning, I got the unpleasant surprise that our American Airlines flight had been changed to depart Terminal A, not D. I was not a happy camper. We had a ton of luggage for a two week trip. When I explained our dilemma to a front desk staff member, without me asking, he quickly volunteered to drive us to Terminal A in the Hyatt courtesy vehicle. A true wow moment in customer service. He even loaded, unloaded and helped us get our luggage inside to the AA ticket counter. Unfortunately, I did not get the young man’s name, but he is an exemplary employee. He turned a bad start of our trip into a very appreciative solution.

Beautiful hotel. Very convenient location as I was only there for one night after retuning home from Europe and had a layover before my connecting flight.

Nice stay!
Very nice! Quality of the room was nice and clean. View was scenic overlooking the airstrip. The location was on the sixth floor.

Great Airport Hotel
As other reviewers have noted, the rooms are incredibly quiet. Being a light sleeper, I was thoroughly impressed! The beds were comfortable, the staff attentive, and the large tub was a delightful surprise before our long flight. Additionally, we had easy access to Terminal D from the hotel.

Grand Hyatt DFW
Stayed here for a layover after an international flight. Hospitality team was welcoming at checkin. Rooms were spacious and newly renovated. The lounge was perfect area to catch over drinks and food.
