Resort Fee Policy

A daily resort fee of $45.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience:

  • HyTides waterpark featuring two 220-foot dueling waterslides
  • 450-foot lazy river, toddler slide and splash pad
  • In-room high-speed Wi-Fi
  • Two bottles of water per stay
  • Outdoor games and activities

Pet Policy

We are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions.

To participate in the pet program:

Inform the hotel you’ll have a pet (or pets) staying with you at least three days before your arrival.

Rules and rates are as follows:

  • $175 per stay of 1–6 nights; additional $175 for every subsequent 6-night block.
  • One pet weighing 75 pounds (34 kilograms) or less; two pets with a combined weight of 100 pounds (45.3 kilograms) or less.
  • Pet-friendly rooms are usually located on the ground floor in specific, pet-friendly areas of the hotel
  • Except for service animals, pets are not allowed in restaurants, pool area, spa or event spaces
  • Service animals are not subject to this pet policy
  • Emotional support animals are not service animals; as such, they are considered regular pets
  • Pets must be registered with the front desk and wear a dog ID tag; other items will be provided with a refundable $25 deposit
  • A welcome packet provided upon check-in will provide complete details of our pet rules and regulations

*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

Drone Policy

To maintain the privacy, safety, and comfort of all guests and residents, recreational use of drones is strictly prohibited on or above the property at all times.

  • Unauthorized drone operation is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including open areas, parking lots, rooftops, and airspace above the property.
  • Violators may be subject to fines and/or removal from the premises.
  • Exceptions may be granted only for authorized commercial use (e.g., media production, surveying) with prior written consent from property management.
