AQVAM SPA is located on the lower ground floor of the hotel. All the services are available both for hotel and external guests.
Access to the SPA and Gym is not allowed for guests under the age of 18 years.
We invite you to enjoy the various facilities of our Spa prior to your treatment.
Kindly make your Spa reservation in advance. A credit card details or prepayment are required unless you are staying in the hotel. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid a full charge.
In case of late arrivals, customers will not receive an extension of the treatment time and the appointment will be charged at full value.
It is important for us to make your treatments as individual as possible. Communication with the Spa therapist is therefore very important.
Please do not forget to inform us about your health conditions.
EXTERNAL GUESTS
External guest can benefit from the SPA and Gym by serving a facial or body treatment lasting at least 50 minutes (manicure and pedicure excluded) for up to 90 minutes before or after the treatment.
Kindly note that the reservation needs to be guaranteed through a credit card digital authorization, which authorizes Park Hyatt Milano to charge a full prepayment of the treatments reserved.
HOTEL GUESTS
Subject to availability, a 30% extra charge for treatment outside of the SPA’s opening hours (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM / 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and for in-room treatments. A 50% extra charge for treatment outside of the SPA’s opening hours (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM / 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
