Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservations in advance are strongly encouraged and subject to availability. To schedule your appointment, please call 512.308.4789 or book online.  When booking, please let us know if you have any health conditions, allergies, or concerns. 

When making your reservation online, please ensure you receive an email confirmation that is true to your desired booking date and time.  Should you not receive an email confirmation, this may be an indication that your spa reservation has not been secured as intended, please call the spa to confirm.

Cancellations and changes: Any cancellations or changes must be done at least 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50 percent of the service price. No shows will result in a 100 percent service price charge. Same day rescheduling will result in a $35 fee per service. 

Masks are highly encouraged to be worn by guests, but not required for fully vaccinated guests.

Check-in

Please arrive at the spa 30 minutes before your treatment to allow ample time to enjoy our spa amenities and relaxation lounge.  To best accommodate all guests, we are unable to grant late arrivals an extension of their experience time. Every Spa guest will receive a temp check upon arrival and provided a mask if they do not have one of their own.

Etiquette

Lost Pines Spa amenities and outdoor co-ed swimming pool are reserved for guests 17 years of age and older.  To maintain a quiet, relaxing environment for all guests, we ask that cell phones be secured in your locker.  Smoking is prohibited in the spa environment.

Gratuities

Gratuities for outstanding services are not included in the treatment cost and are welcome at your discretion.
