* Bonus programs for day tickets and personal training sessions are subject to availability and must be paid for in advance. A duration of 60 minutes is provided for massages and cosmetic treatments; these are to be paid for individually on the day of use. Bonus cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, are personal and therefore non-transferable.
SPA HYGIENE
Please shower before and after all massages; and before using the sauna, plunge pool or swimming pool.
SPA CLOTHING
Club Olympus Spa & Fitness provides you with a bathrobe, towels and slippers. Please wear swimwear when using the pool and sun terrace. In the fitness area, trainers and appropriate sportswear must be worn.
APPOINTMENTS FOR TREATMENTS & DAY SPA
Please book your appointment in advance by phone or e-mail. Arrive 10 minutes before your treatment. Treatment times include pre- and post-treatment care. Treatments can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the appointment without charge. Day Spas can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without charge. For cancellations made after this, we will charge the full treatment price.
PRECAUTIONS
For your personal well-being, we strongly advise you to inform Club Olympus staff of physical complaints such as high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes etc. Some treatments are not suitable for guests with certain health problems. Therefore, please inform the therapists before the treatment and complete a health questionnaire.
USE FOR FAMILIES
Our Club Olympus Spa & Fitness is a place of rest and relaxation, therefore, we ask you to observe the following rules: The minimum age for using all areas (gym, sauna, plunge pool) is 16 years. Families with children up to 12 years can use the pool area from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Childeren must always be accompanied by their parents. For safety reasons, running in the entire spa area as well as jumping from the pool edge (pool depth 1.30 m) is always prohibited.
USAGE FOR HOTEL GUESTS
The access to the comprehensive spa area of the Club Olympus Spa & Fitness is complimentary for hotel guests during their stay at Grand Hyatt Berlin. This applies both on the day of arrival after check-in and on the day of departure until check-out. For guests who wish to extend their relaxed break at the Club Olympus Spa & Fitness, they have the option to do so for a nominal fee of €30.
Club Olympus Spa & Fitness can be reached via elevator. However, access to the pool is via stairs.
