Inspired by the regal elegance of French aristocracy, Pastry Chef Gilles Delaloy and our acclaimed team have weaved up a gourmet interlude draped in the royal affair. Embark on an opulent journey with the buttery-perfumed scones paired with house-made jam and Bourbon vanilla cream. Marvel at the refined Ecruis stand adorned with eye-charming sweets such as blueberry religieuse, rose cake, and a strawberry cake pop. On the more savoury side, our Hanoia Lacquer tray presents a medley of umami-rich flavours such as Hokkaido scallops, crab soft bun, and smoked eel macaron.

Continuing our celebrated series, The Art of Afternoon Tea, we present The Art of Elegance—a masterful homage to the exuberant French Rococo art of the 18th century, renowned for its ornate and whimsical designs. Our dear Pastry Chef Gilles Delaloy transforms these artistic inspirations into a delightful miniature collection of sweet and savory masterpieces, turning your quality time with loved ones into an artful experience.

There is no better way to explore and understand a culture than through its cuisine. In one show kitchens in Square One, under the watchful eye of talented chefs, you can learn to prepare and cook traditional Vietnamese dishes:
• Fresh and Fried Spring Rolls
• Pomelo and Snow Crab salad
• Sweet and Sour Seafood Soup
• Steamed Garoupa
To complete the experience, you will receive a recipe folder and a Vietnamese cookbook so you can continue at home what they have learned in Vietnam. The culinary journey begins at 3 pm at Square One restaurant and will end at 5 pm.

All cooking classes require a 48-hour advance notice with a minimum number of students.
