There is no better way to explore and understand a culture than through its cuisine. In one show kitchens in Square One, under the watchful eye of talented chefs, you can learn to prepare and cook traditional Vietnamese dishes:
• Fresh and Fried Spring Rolls
• Pomelo and Snow Crab salad
• Sweet and Sour Seafood Soup
• Steamed Garoupa
To complete the experience, you will receive a recipe folder and a Vietnamese cookbook so you can continue at home what they have learned in Vietnam. The culinary journey begins at 3 pm at Square One restaurant and will end at 5 pm.
VND 3,150,000 per person, subject to 5% service charge and then 10% VAT.
All cooking classes require a 48-hour advance notice with a minimum number of students.
Any cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty.

Park Lounge performance schedule:
Monday to Sunday: Pianist - 7 pm to 11 pm
Weekend High Tea Buffet: Pianist and Violist - 2 pm to 5 pm
Spend a nice afternoon with your good friends and loved ones at Park Lounge. Enjoy the tea’s key highlights such as black forest chocolate mousse, raspberry gugelhupf cake and champagne jelly fruit salad, while sipping on a cup of classic fine tea. Guests will also be able to try our amazing savouries including fried tofu and vegetables spring rolls, mustard leaf and caramelised pork rolls, miniature prawn cocktail and smoked salmon with fromage blanc sandwich.
Afternoon Tea set | Monday to Friday, starting at VND 1,040,000 per set for two people. This set is inspired by Hanoia lacquer boxes and elegant detail of the French Ercuis stands.
