Lazy River

Float down the 1,000 foot lazy river and gently meander around the waterpark and make a pit stop at the swim up bar; tubes are provided. *The Activity pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs and the spa pool are heated year-round, but cannot be heated due to inclement weather or when temperatures drop below 55 degrees F.

Main Activity Pool, Kiddie Pool & Splash Pad

Our main activity pool complete with volleyball, is the perfect place to hang out with the family. It is centrally located to a separate heated kiddie pool and splash pad with fun fountains and plenty of comfortable loungers for mom and dad. Steps away you’ll also find a Jacuzzi and Old Buck’s Place where you can eat and drink your cares away. Pool toys are available at Old Buck ’s towel corral. *The Activity pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs and the spa pool are heated year-round, but cannot be heated due to inclement weather or when temperatures drop below 55 degrees F.

Adult Pool

Enjoy a private pool and Jacuzzi reserved for adults 18 years+, complete with cabanas available for rental. *The Activity pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs and the spa pool are heated year-round, but cannot be heated due to inclement weather or when temperatures drop below 55 degrees F. The Adult pool is not heated.

Cabana Rentals

Enhance your stay with a luxurious cabana, complete with a TV, minifridge, lounge chairs, food and beverage credit, and much more. Hosting a large get together or party? Reserve our Hummingbird Lagoon for more space, privacy, and amenities. Cabanas can be rented for half or full days.

Ride down our two-story winding waterslide. Please note, the waterslide has a 42" height requirement that is strictly enforced.

Horseback Trail Riding & Pony Rides

The Renegade Trail Ride is approximately one hour long and takes place on the trails along Lost Pines Golf Course and the McKinney Roughs Nature Park. This is a leisurely trail ride that is recommended for all riding levels. Pony rides for young children are also available. Guest is responsible for their own transportation. Shotgun Trap Shooting

Set your sights on some quality time in the great outdoors. Showcase your expert marksmanship by taking out more clays than the competition, or just get your feet wet as you learn how to shoot from the experts. Minimum age requirement is 12 years old, and ages 12-17 years requires a parent/legal guardian to be present. Book on the website below. Reference #20a & 20b on Resort Map.

Tomahawk & Archery

Guides teach guests 5 years of age and up how to use bow-and-throw tomahawks—then it's time for target practice! Most of this one-hour experience is dedicated to firing at range targets. Family Fishing

All ages are welcome to fish from the banks of the pond at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines. Poles, bait, and assistance from our guides are provided. Guests 17 years old and younger must have a parent/legal guardian present, but they do not have to participate. Book on the website below. Our 13-acre driving range at Lost Pines Golf Club boasts an elevated hitting area and 8 target greens. There are 2 practice putting greens – one is located at the Clubhouse and the other at the driving range.

Enjoy this unique experience and stop by the Lost Pines Corral and meet our longhorns, ponies, pigs, alpacas, goats, donkeys, and Highland cows.

Fire Pits

S'mores kits are provided upon request and included in the resort fee. The entire family can roast s'mores around our two fire pits, which are lit daily at sunset.

Bike Paths

Explore the resort’s 405 acres on a bicycle and ride through the paths along the Lower Colorado River. Bikes are included in the resort fee for resort guests and can be checked out at the bike corral just outside the waterpark. We have bikes in a variety of sizes and some have baby seats on the back for your enjoyment.

Yard Games, Courts and Playground

We have endless family fun including: a playground, pickle ball/rackets/balls, tennis courts/rackets/balls, basketball Court, horseshoes, cornhole, bocce ball, tetherball, billiards, shuffleboard, daily recreational adult and kids’ activities, games, and crafts: bingo, soccer, giant Jenga, and dodge ball.

Zip Lost Pines

Our guides will help maintain social distancing throughout the tour between guests, as they enjoy views of the Colorado River as well as nighttime tours under the stars. All participants and guests are required to bring and wear a face mask, and all guests on the tour will be separated into households. Guest is responsible for their own transportation. UTV Tours

Whether you’re looking for a rough ride or a relaxing journey, our guides at LCRA parks will take you on an unforgettable excursion exploring the trails of McKinney Roughs. UTVs seat 4 people, and the driver must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license. Participants must be at least 4' 9" tall and 75 lbs to ride. Family Wildlife Explorer Package Nature Days

This is the ultimate family activity where you will see reptile skins and skulls, practice survival skills with fire, build shelters, throw spears, and take an edible plant hike. GPS Family Nature Quest

Ready for your family to put down the screens and reconnect with nature? Here’s the chance. Parents and kids can engage in joyful nature-play activities that awaken the senses and spark inquiry through a series of self-guided mystery box stations. The 1,140-acre park along the Colorado River is packed with numerous adventures and activities. Guests can hike the 18 miles of trails, tackle the park’s climbing walls, or schedule a guided UTV tour through the woods. Guest is responsible for their own transportation.
