Andaz Singapore is unable to accept any bookings from guests who are serving Stay Home Notice (SHN) or the Government-mandated self-isolation as well as international guests entering Singapore under the Air Travel Pass (ATP) or Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) schemes.
Stays at Andaz Singapore are available to Singapore residents, and guests on the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) who fulfil all the following:
- Completed all 3 mandatory Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests in Singapore
- Tested negative for all tests
- Have been in Singapore for 7 days or longer
- Have not been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 over the last 14 days.
- Do not display any COVID-19 symptoms.
Upon arrival, we would require the following documents:
- Date of arrival on your passport
- Vaccination pass
- Proof of negative COVID-19 test results
Renovation Updates (Now to mid-Nov 2021)
As part of Andaz Singapore’s upgrading efforts, our lobby area on Level 25, steakhouse 665°F and Chinese restaurant Auntie’s Wok & Steam will be undergoing renovations to create brand new experiences for you. Whilst every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience during this time, kindly note that intermittent noise disruption may be experienced between every Mondays – Fridays (except public holidays), from 10:00 to 17:30.
