With the latest announcement on the relaxation of Safe Management Measures, all fully vaccinated travelers and non-fully vaccinated children aged 12 and below traveling to Singapore will not be required to serve Stay-Home Notice (SHN) under the Vaccinated Travel Framework with effect from 1 April 2022. The latest guidelines can be found at the official website of the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore.
As part of Andaz Singapore’s upgrading efforts, works will commence in the guestrooms area on level 26 and by the pool on level 25 daily from now until the end of September 2022. In-room dining and all our drinking and dining outlets, including Sunroom, will operate as usual. The pool area will remain open for guests’ use, however intermittent noise may be experienced. Please rest assured that every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience during this time and any noisy work will be limited to Mondays to Fridays, from 11:00hrs to 17:30hrs.

Cashless Payments (Mid-June Onwards)
Andaz Singapore has been constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of today’s travellers. As such, starting from mid-June 2022, the hotel will only be accepting cashless payments via all major credit cards, as well as Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Grab Pay, UnionPay and WeChat Pay. This mode of payment will pave the way for a more seamless and hassle-free payment experience while guests continue to enjoy their stay and the unique drinking and dining offerings.
