Hotel Policies

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3pm or later
  • Check-out: Any time before 12pm
  • Early arrivals and late departures may be subject to fees and availability.

Early Departure Fees

Andaz Singapore has an early departure fee of one-night’s room and tax. Departure dates are reconfirmed at check-in and are subject to a fee if changed after the check-in process is completed.

In-Room

  • Sanitisation of high-touch areas using a high-grade disinfectant 
  • Increased frequency of cleaning hotel rooms' air filters 
  • Air Distribution System is compliant to local authority’s standards—the fresh air intake is from a primary air handling unit (PAHU). All PAHUs are equipped with Pre-filter (MERV 7); electronic air cleaner (MERV 13/14); carbon air filters that remove gases and smell; and UV light, which sterilises airborne viruses and bacteria, while generally improving indoor air quality. 
  • Use of QR code to access hotel information 
  • Use of QR code to access mobile in-room dining and amenities requests 
  • Contactless delivery of hotel amenity to room available upon request

In-room Celebrations

Andaz Singapore will impose a SGD 500 cleaning fee for any excessive decorations, including balloons, banners, and confetti, left in the room upon check-out. Additional fees will incur for any property damage to the walls, doors, ceilings or windows. 

Smoking Policy

A cleaning fee of SGD 500++ for rooms and SGD 1,000++ for suites will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in the guestroom. 

Pets Policy

Andaz Singapore does not allow pets with the exception of service animals.

Durian Policy

Andaz Singapore has a no-durian policy, with a penalty of SGD 500 for breaches.

Disposable Guest Amenities

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essentials in advance. Should you have any special requests or require additional amenities, please feel free to contact us after check-in.

Bottled Water

To reduce the use of single-use plastics, our hotel no longer provides bottled water. Instead, you may easily fill your drinking vessel with drinking water available throughout the hotel.
