The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we have introduced enhanced measures to ensure hotel safety with our guests and colleagues in mind. 
 
Andaz Singapore has been certified by the Government of Singapore with the SG Clean Quality Mark.

  • Air Distribution System is compliant to local authority’s standards—the fresh air intake is from a primary air handling unit (PAHU). All PAHUs are equipped with Pre-filter (MERV 7); electronic air cleaner (MERV 13/14); carbon air filters that remove gases and smell; and UV light, which sterilises airborne viruses and bacteria, while generally improving indoor air quality.

  • Use of QR code scanned access to mobile in-room dining and amenities requests 
  • Contactless delivery of hotel amenity to room available upon request.
Drinking & Dining Outlets

  • Sanitisation of tables, chairs and condiment holders prior to guests' arrival 
  • Use of face masks and gloves by all associates when preparing meals, plating dishes, and during service.

Smoking Policy

Andaz Singapore is a non-smoking hotel. An SGD 500 cleaning fee will be added to the guest's bill should evidence of smoking be found in the guestroom.
