Impeccably landscaped and tucked away from the buzz of campus, Bryan Courtyard offers a refreshing outdoor venue that’s perfect for a wedding reception, welcome dinner, or even a football tailgate. This garden gem can host up to 150 guests for your next Chapel Hill, North Carolina gathering.

Our Anne Hill Courtyard is a wonderful outdoor option for any type of event from conference welcome receptions to wedding ceremonies. Known for the iconic backdrop of the pillars accessing our lobby, as well as our signature magnolia tree, this courtyard can be transformed into the event of your dreams.

Located at the end of our iconic black and white hallway is our largest ballroom with 3,690 square feet. The Hill Ballroom venue can accommodate your largest Chapel Hill conference or wedding reception! This ballroom can be sectioned off into three sections to host breakouts, meals and smaller gatherings.

The prettiest chandeliers in the hotel are located in Chancellors Ballroom. It provides 2,480 square feet of ballroom space to host an elegant dinner or a spacious meeting. This ballroom can be broken out into two spaces to host both your meeting and your meals.

The original ballroom to the hotel will make a statement to any guests! Old Well Wing consists of Old Well Ballroom, Club Room, Alumni Room and South Parlor totaling 4,962 square feet and can accommodate any event you can imagine. Your event will be unforgettable.

The ideal venue to host a small business meeting or intimate wedding reception, our Sunroom can also be used in conjunction with our Bryan Courtyard for an indoor/outdoor space that gives you all the ambiance Chapel Hill has to offer.
