Impeccably landscaped and tucked away from the buzz of campus, Bryan Courtyard offers a refreshing outdoor venue that’s perfect for a corporate reception or conference mixer. This outdoor garden meeting space can host up to 150 guests for your next Chapel Hill, North Carolina gathering.

Located at the end of our iconic black and white hallway is our largest ballroom with 3,690 square feet. The Hill Ballroom venue can accommodate your largest Chapel Hill conference or gathering! This ballroom can be sectioned off into three sections to host breakouts, meals and smaller meetings.

Our Anne Hill Courtyard is a wonderful outdoor option for any type of event from conference welcome receptions to post-event cocktail mixers. Known for the iconic backdrop of the pillars accessing our lobby, as well as our signature magnolia tree, this Chapel Hill courtyard meeting space can be transformed into the event of your dreams.

The ideal room to host a small business meeting or intimate reception, our Sunroom can also be used in conjunction with our Bryan Courtyard for an indoor/outdoor space that gives you all the ambiance Chapel Hill has to offer.
