Pet Policy

The hotel does not allow pets except for service animals.

*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel. 

Parking

Parking on property is limited, and is only guaranteed for overnight guests at one car per room. The hotel will do our best to accommodate parking for event and restaurant guests, but it is not guaranteed. Alternate parking options will be communicated and provided if necessary.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4PM. Check-out is at 11AM.Early check-ins and late check-outs can only be guaranteed on the day of arrival or departure. The ability to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs is dependent on the hotel occupancy from the prior or current evening. The hotel will do our best to accommodate all requests for either inquiry.

Shuttle Information

The hotel shuttle is complimentary, and is by request on a first-come, first-serve basis based upon availability. The shuttle may be operated 8am – 10pm, and can go in a 2 to 3-mile radius of the hotel. If guests would like to guarantee a time slot in advance for the shuttle, there is a booking fee associated with the reservation. These inquiries should be directed to the Guest Service Manager.Unfortunately, we do not have a shuttle to or from the airport, but we do have many options for alternate transportation accommodations. These can be arranged through our Guest Service / Valet team.

Non-Smoking

The entire property is non-smoking.

Housekeeping Items

The following items are available for your convenience: deodorant, ear plugs, laundry bags, make up remover, mouthwash, razor, sewing kit, shaving cream, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste.

 

Enjoy the following items during your stay with us or take them with you for a fee: bathrobe, electric kettle, steamer.Other items such as pharmacy, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hair brushes, et cetera, are available for purchase in our gift shop.
