Thank you for choosing Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson. Guided by our purpose of care, and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of colleagues and guests, we have implemented enhanced hygiene and cleanliness measures. The following are a few ways we are committed to keeping a safe and healthy environment:
- Hotel compliance with a rigorous accreditation through GBAC STAR™
-New colleague training and support, including a dedicated onsite Hygiene Manager
-Contactless arrival and departure experience features available through World of Hyatt mobile app, including:
• Online check-in and check-out
• Remote/touchless guestroom key
• Digital retrieval of guestroom bill
-Enhanced and increased cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, fitness center and all other high-touch areas
-Hand sanitizer stations placed in all public areas
-Hotel colleagues & guests are required to wear face coverings in public spaces, per direction from the state of New Jersey
-All hotel colleagues to utilize proper protective equipment & follow proper hand washing & sanitizing protocols

Check-In Requirements
You must be 18 to check-in to your room. Please have a photo identification and credit card ready at the front desk.
During arrival, the hotel will authorize room and tax charges and an additional $100 per night for any incidentals placed on the guest room. These authorizations post on your account as a pending transaction. Unused funds are released after departure and are typically available within three to five business days. If using a debit card, the authorization will appear as a withdrawal on the account at the time of check in.
