Pet Policy
Pet Policy
Enjoy a luxury stay within Hanazono’s pristine nature in one of our 65 sqm Pet-Friendly rooms. Kindly note that your pet needs to be fully trained and vaccinated at least 14 days to 1 year prior to arrival. A pet consent form is required for a Pet Staycation booking and is available on hotel main page website or by contacting the hotel by email at ctsph-front.office@hyatt.com. The consent form is required to be returned to the hotel by fax (+81 136-27-1251) or via email: phniseko.front.office@hyatt.com in advance and together with a copy of the pet’s vaccination certificate. Up to 2 dogs weighing maximum 6kg each are allowed to accompany a guest per room. Rates are based on the charge for one pet. A second pet requires an extra fee of JPY 10,000++ per night.
Dress Code
Dress Code
We kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing garments such as training jerseys, beach sandals, ski boots, etc. while in hotel indoor public areas. A smart casual dress code is required in most restaurants and bars. For specific requirements, kindly check the Dining page.
