Our original poke bowl is a “KYOTO BISTRO” specialty, combining salmon with the sweetness of tender, melting mango and the rich creaminess of avocado. Crispy onion chips and lightly pickled cucumber add a delightful crunch. Inside, you’ll find a spicy house-made sauce with Sriracha and mayonnaise, adding the perfect kick to this unique creation.

Our unique French fries are all-you-can-eat. We cut the potatoes by hand every day and serve them hot and crispy. The outside is crunchy, while the inside is soft and fluffy. You can enjoy them with three different dipping sauces, each with its own special flavor.

Angel Prawns & Avocado Tagliolini with Genovese Sauce

Pasta gently cooked in kombu broth is paired with a rich seafood sauce made from shrimp and clams. The vibrant Genovese sauce, made with blanched basil, highlights the flavors of creamy avocado and tender shrimp, resulting in a balanced and aromatic dish.

Beef Tagliata with Eggplant and Mushrooms, Served with Red Shiso Sauce

This tagliata is slowly cooked by repeating quick searing and resting, resulting in a surprisingly tender texture. Finished over charcoal for a rich aroma, it’s full of flavor even in the late summer season. Served with sautéed girolle mushrooms, a refreshing shiso sauce from Ohara, Kyoto, and a light parmesan milk foam for added depth and aroma.

This rich risotto is made with a broth of chicken neck and wings, layered with the flavors of bonito and porcini mushrooms. Without cream, it finishes light and leaves an elegant, clean aftertaste.
