Chef Yutaka Hirakue has many years’ experience at restaurants in Tokyo and London. Prior to joining Park Hyatt Kyoto, he was the head chef at a popular grilled restaurant in Omotesando, Tokyo. He is known for his cuisines of ethnic influences and Japanese essence.
