We have started a collaboration menu with "ZENB" series, a brand of dietary suggestion born from the Mitsukan Group.




A la carte - Lunch (11:30am-5pm)


In addition to international food such as hearty pasta lunches and burgers, we offer a full menu including our signature homemade apple pie and cream puffs.



Fresh salads, fruit and crispy croissants line the buffet. Fresh juices, bakery baskets and international hot selections are also available à la carte.

Zenb Noodle

From Wednesday, 1 March, KYOTO BISTRO, our all-day casual dining restaurant, introduces the ZENB dietary menu created by the Mizkan Group. Enjoy delicious cuisine and spectacular views across Ninenzaka.

KYOTO BISTRO to bring you three menus this spring using ZENB Noodles and ZENB Mameloni. ZENB is a future-inspired, well-being plant-based diet that considers your health and is kind to the planet. With ingredients from whole plants, including grains, beans and vegetables, the nutritious dishes do not contain artificial additives or any animal products. Relax in the cosy street-side café at any time of the day and enjoy home-cooked food as you watch the world go by.

Chef Yutaka Hirakue has many years’ experience at restaurants in Tokyo and London.  Prior to joining Park Hyatt Kyoto, he was the head chef at a popular grilled restaurant in Omotesando, Tokyo. He is known for his cuisines of ethnic influences and Japanese essence. 

Kyoto Bistro features international and Japanese comfort food crafted à la minute in a lively, open kitchen with locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients.
