The Red Rose

The Red Rose is a small banquet room which features a red rose from a novel “The Little Prince” by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. In the novel, the red rose was portrayed as the dear one for the little prince. Celia Chu, an interior designer, was inspired by this red rose and designed our banquet room which has the concept of small luxury. This venue’s wall and ceiling are decorated by arts imitating red rose petals and those generate chic and elegant atmosphere. This space holds 60 people in a formal dinner setting or 70 people for cocktails, and is an ideal venue for small wedding receptions or casual social gatherings.

New Banquet Venue – “Kannazuki”
Formerly a Shinto ceremonial space, “Kannazuki” has been reimagined as a modern banquet venue featuring refined Japanese design, set to be unveiled this April. Blending traditional aesthetics with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, it offers a versatile setting for celebrations, private gatherings, exhibitions and cultural events — ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Blossom Party Plan
Celebrate the joys of spring with our limited-time Blossom Party Plan, ideal for farewell and welcome gatherings, or appreciation parties. Indulge in an elegantly curated menu featuring vibrant seasonal dishes, along with exquisite sweets crafted generously with fresh, in-season strawberries. Grand Hyatt Fukuoka’s original yatai-style food stalls, featuring optional offerings such as ramen and tempura, are also available upon request.
