A Taste of Romance – Valentine’s Day at La Cupola

La Cupola celebrates the most romantic day of the year in great style with a dinner dedicated to all the lovers!

An evening dedicated to couples will open with a selection of pintxos with refined and aphrodisiac tastes, and will continue with a gourmet creation by Chef Andrea Aprea and a romantic final dessert; everything will be accompanied by the bubbles of excellence, those of champagne.

The dinner menu includes: 

Pintxos

Oyster, Cucumber, Horseradish, Ginger, Lime

Bread, Foie Gras, Apple, Walnuts

Matrimonio de Anchoa’

Crunchy Shrimps, Sweet and Sour Dip

‘Panzerotto’, Ricotta Cheese, Endives, Raisins

Marguerite Guyot, Cuvée Séduction Blanc de Blanc.

 

Risotto

Riso Carnaroli ‘Riserva San Massimo’, Saffron, Scampi, Lime

Thursday, January 24, savour the jewel of the winter cuisine of Piedmont – the fine black truffle, with its unique flavour, inimitable aroma and culinary versatility – paired with the strong and harmonious flavours of South Tyrolean wines.

Double the delight with the soothing voice and double bass harmonies of musical duo Red Cherry to accompany an enchanting evening.
