New colleague training and support, including a dedicated onsite Hygiene Manager

Social distancing guidance throughout the hotel

Contactless arrival and departure experience features available through World of Hyatt mobile app, including:

Online check-in and check-out

Remote/touchless guestroom key

Digital retrieval of guestroom bill

Enhanced and increased cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, fitness center and all other high-touch areas

Hand sanitizer stations placed in all public areas

Hotel colleagues & guests are required to wear face coverings, per direction from the state of Illinois

All hotel colleagues to utilize proper protective equipment & follow proper hand washing & sanitizing protocols
