Resort Fee

A daily resort fee of $37.00 is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

A daily Resort Fee of $37 (subject to change) plus tax will be added to your nightly rate.

Non-Smoking Policy

All resort guest rooms are non-smoking rooms. There is a $250 cleaning fee should smoking take place within the guest room. We have designated smoking areas throughout the resort- please visit the from desk or call us at (239) 444 1234 for more information.

Pet Policy

We are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions. Please inform the hotel you’ll have a dog (or dogs) staying with you at least three days in advance of your arrival.

Fees:

1 to 6 nights: $175 per stay

7 to 30 nights it will be an additional fee of $175 deep cleaning fee

30 or more nights: a fee will be assessed at the resort’s discretion

Weight Limits:
Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds are permitted.
