08/01/2019

The resort makes its third appearance and is the only hotel on this prestigious list of Florida’s Best Companies to Work For.

Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa makes its third appearance on Florida Trend Magazine’s Best Companies to Work For in the State of Florida. One-hundred companies are ranked in small, medium and large employer categories and featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine.

“We are thrilled to be included on this prestigious list once again. It’s a testament to the culture we’ve created here at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa,” said General Manager Brian Kramer. “We encourage our employees to grow in their career with educational reimbursement, advanced training and a learning facility located here at the resort,” he said.

“This year we spoke with millennial employees of the Best Companies to Work For to get their perspectives on their workplaces and work experiences,” says Executive Editor Mark Howard. “It’s clear that the Best Companies know how to attract Millennials and then engage them once they’ve been hired. Millennials want what every employee wants — a workplace environment that helps them be productive and a chance for input into how work gets done.”

"These best companies have figured it out!" says Florida Trend Publisher David Denor.  "Providing their employees with an environment and culture that promotes growth both professionally and personally - all while delivering workplace benefits that lift employee morale and create loyalty... these best companies offer lessons we can all learn from."

The Best Companies To Work For In Florida program was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. Best Companies Group managed the registration, survey and analysis and determined the final rankings. For a list of the 100 Best Companies To Work For In Florida, go to FloridaTrend.com/BestCompanies.
