Garden Pavilion offers the combination of a vertically dramatic interior within an intimate garden setting. Four private rooms with spectacular views and abundant light offer a more personalized experience. Seasonality and sustainability are the cooking philosophies of the restaurant, specializing in regional Cantonese cuisine, with Lingnan influences.

A Mediterranean approach to steak, seafood and service where spectacular 47th floor 270 degree city views are exceeded only by the warm and engaging service. Oak wood aromas of premium dry aged beef and sustainable seafood expertly cooked over charcoal in the open kitchens leave a lasting first impression, while 300 year old Mediterranean cooking techniques reveal exotic presentation and depth of flavor. Appropriate  Mediterranean and Southern European wines are available and an expert sommelier can also guide guests through a more extensive wine list as needed. The entire team works in lockstep to ensure a deeply satisfying and memorable dining experience, whatever the occasion.

The Attic is a “speakeasy-esque” bar, located at the apex of the hotel, offering peerless views of the city skyline accompanied by live music. Known for its visually striking handcrafted cocktails, unique and wide selection of gin, Champagne, wine and spirits. Ask our bar team to recommend a small plate from our interesting selection of bar food to pair with your cocktail.

Glasshouse bar is ideal venue for pre and post meal drinks along with an attractive happy hour targeting surrounding business offices.  It’s a place to be after work hours.
