Event Spaces
Grand Ballroom
Grand Ballroom incorporates sliding doors that can be opened to connect with the adjacent Grand Rooms providing additional space to accommodate large events. A dramatic crystal chandelier highlights the Grand Ballroom’s neutral tones and maintains the feeling of luxury and elegance that defines Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The carpeted foyer entrance is where guests can socialize with pre-dinner drinks, which can be closed off to provide absolute privacy for highly private events.
The Salons
Located on the mezzanine floor of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, the Salons are beautifully designed with fireplaces and wooden panels. Four separate spaces can be connected to become a bigger venue for medium scale events.
The Poolhouse
A unique semi-outdoor venue overlooking the hotel’s swimming pool and gardens yet with the comfort of an indoor space. Returned in October 2022 after an extensive renovation with elevated facilities, as well as a reimagined food & beverage concept focusing on wellness and sustainability for a refreshing event experience, The Poolhouse is ideal for small scale events demanding a fresh look, and casual cocktails and wedding ceremonies.
The Residence
An opulent and stylishly furnished home for corporate and social guests, featuring an extension of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong’s renowned lobby, inspired by 1930s’ French and Chinese Art Deco designs. The Residence features three rooms – Drawing Room, Lounge and Library – connected via a central communal show kitchen.
Chief Executive Suite
Located on the 5th floor of the hotel, the three Chief Executive Suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows, where guests can enjoy the views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong skyline.
The Patio
Located on the 12th floor, The Patio offers views of Victoria Harbour, with an exclusive outdoor terrace for extremely private events with great flexibility. Perfect for small group meetings, it features a pantry bar and en-suite bathroom.

You can now experience the joy of getting together with our new hybrid meetings solution. Broadcast content with ease to meeting rooms across multiple hotels. Spaces are also equipped with a digital audio mixer, LED display, video conferencing and Polycom speakerphone for telephone conference, etc.
