Pricing

A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to events at Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort. A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance plus 20% contingency is due thirty days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice based on product and seasonal availability. All Food and Beverage is subject to current fees and taxes, presently 24% Service Charge and 8% Sales Tax.

Guarantee

A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.


Can I create my own menu?

Yes, our food and beverage experts are happy to create a menu that reflects your wishes. The experienced team at our Indian Wells wedding venue will work with you to fulfill your requests.

Can I taste all the food before the wedding?

Of course. A complete tasting of your selected menu items is typically scheduled six to eight weeks prior to your wedding. Menu tastings are not held for buffets.

How long will my reception last?

Generally, a wedding reception at our resort is planned for four hours. You can extend the time if desired. Your wedding specialist will advise of any additional costs for the additional time.

Can I have an open bar at the wedding?

Yes a four hour hosted (open) bar is included in your wedding package.

Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music, photography, etc?

Can I host a morning-after brunch or a rehearsal dinner at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort and Spa?

Certainly. We have several locations that are appropriate for these occasions.

Are taxes and gratuities included in the pricing?

No, your contract pricing will not include all taxes and gratuities. All Food and Beverage is subject to a Service Charge and Sales Tax. Please remember, pricing is not final until a signed contract is returned to your wedding specialist.

Can my guests have a late check-out the morning after the wedding?

We will try and accommodate your guests’ requests; however, this will be dependent upon the overall occupancy of the hotel on the day in question.

Can I decorate the reception room?

Generally, yes. There will be certain limitations in some rooms, which your wedding specialist can review with you. Allow us to give you ideas and suggestions that have successfully worked in the past.
