Pet Policy

Pets are not accepted at this hotel, please contact the hotel for alternative options. Service animals, however, are permitted in accordance with current ADA legislation.

Housekeeping Policy

In order to minimize contact and human exposure, housekeeping services will not be provided for guests staying less than 5 nights.

For guests with long term stays, greater than 5 nights, housekeeping will be arranged upon arrival to ensure the cleaning is completed with no guest presence for the safety of you and our colleagues.

Rooms have been stocked with extra amenities.

Additional amenities are available upon request through your World of Hyatt app, or calling the hotel operator. All amenities will be dropped off at your door in a contactless manner.

For your convenience, additional trash bags are available in your guestroom.  Please place trash bags outside your guestroom door by 12 noon for contactless pickup.

Report A Lost Item

Any guests that lost an item during their stay at the Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort can report a lost item ticket by visiting I Left My Stuff to submit a lost item ticket.
