The hotel X Toronto was great, my husband and I had been on a five week trip which took us from Washington to Toronto via varies other places. The hotel X was the perfect place to end our trip before flying back to London

Hotel X exceeded my expectations in every way! It is a beautifully constructed hotel so visually it is breathtaking when you walk in, but it also is one of the best hotels I have been to. The staff are welcoming and friendly and so helpful. The amenities are amazing - your room is restocked daily with coffee, tea and water as well as cleaned which was unexpected. The gym is clean and has more equipment than most gyms I have been to! Definitely want to come back for a family trip and a chance to enjoy the pool (which also looks amazing) I was there when it wasn't the season so it was closed. Will recommend this hotel to everyone!

First time staying at this gorgeous hotel where I was attending a conference with my travel group over Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. I arrived on a Wednesday by train in the early afternoon and was greeted by friendly staff. They granted me an early checkin and gave me a beautiful deluxe king bedroom on the 22nd floor. The comfortable room combined with the view were truly appreciated as I spent a good amount of time working in my room and admiring the view at night before turning in. The room was quiet though I could hear people talking in the hallway, city noises and airplanes now and then though nothing too disturbing. Jason who is on the staff, was very helpful at showing me around the main places of interest like the gym and telling me about the lovely gardens near the Barracks on the grounds of the hotel. I also ate and worked in the café downstairs, then ordered some food at the Rose Social restaurant. The gym is great with machines I was able to connect to with my Watch. The programs on the treadmill and the elliptical were really fun. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning!

Excellent experience at Hotel X. We came to town for a concert at a nearby venue. Flew in via Billy Bishop and walked to the hotel in about 15 minutes. Check in experience was flawless, and we were allowed to check in hours earlier than standard at no extra cost, which was very helpful to us, being that we were traveling with some luggage. The room was clean, nicely appointed and the view from the window was of both the city and Lake Ontario. The bed was comfortable. They have a Nespresso machine in the room with a few coffees to choose from as well as a few teas, and some creamer in the mini fridge. They offer a car service to anywhere within 5km of the hotel, which we took advantage of a number of times during our stay. This was an unexpected convenience. This hotel is outside of the downtown core, which obviously we knew when booking. We chose it for the proximity to the concert venue and airport, so having access to a car service for a couple of trips to downtown proper was nice. Incidentally, a cab back to the hotel from most of the core is about $15-$20. The roof top pool was still open in October and was a fun way to spend some spare time on a beautiful sunny fall afternoon. The concert venue was a five minute walk, so to and from the show was a breeze. Room service was nice for breakfast. The orange juice was a standout. My only "complaint" if you could call it that, was that I wasn't in love with the chorizo on the standard breakfast. I'd prefer breakfast sausage, but I could have easily have chosen something else. All in all, an outstanding time. I'm typically hard to please and I honestly can't find fault with our stay or the value for dollar. I'll be back for sure next time I'm at a concert in the area.

An amazing locaiton if you are there for a concert at RBC. While the hotel is very pricey, it is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel X and would stay again in a heartbeat. The rooms were lovely, the restaurant/bar food and drink were exceptional, and the location was amazing. Gorgeous view of both the waterfront and the CN tower from our room. The only hiccup was the inability of the hotel to find my third party reservation at checkin. I left with a hefty charge on my credit card and it took a couple weeks and several messages/reminders before it was rectified. Reception staff did their best despite the awkward situation. I'm hoping this was an exceptional circumstance because I would love to come back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel X Toronto. The hotel is beautiful, modern, incredibly clean, and has that fancy feel without being overly pretentious. The location is also super convenient, especially if you’re attending an event nearby or just want easy access to downtown Toronto. The staff were fantastic from start to finish: friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Everyone made us feel welcome. And then there’s Valerie… phenomenal. The food, atmosphere, views, and service were all excellent. Honestly, having a restaurant this good inside the hotel is slightly dangerous because it gives you very little motivation to leave the building. 😂 Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, great location, and an amazing restaurant. Hotel X definitely made our Toronto stay that much better. We’ll be back!

The customer service was to top notch. All the amenities were between a nine and 10 for sure. I would definitely visit this hotel again not to mention the view and it’s location

stayed during a business conference and staff was attentive and efficient in keeping everything like clockwork. you are a little far from outside hotel facilities but if available , they have a shuttle if you need to pick up some toiletries or going out. Rooms were very clean and staff super helpful whenever you needed assistance. will come back for personal stays in the future. Right across from concert venue so good opportunity to stay over after events. As some colleagues mentioned, Hotel X gives you Miami vibes and looking to exceed your expectations.
