VIP Pet Program

Our pet-friendly hotel in downtown Toronto welcomes your furry traveling companion to our beautiful city. They’ll stay in luxury with you and enjoy the best of our hotel, just like you.

Amenities for pets include bowls and a bed. Registered guests also receive take-home items including an Earth Rated poop bag dispenser, bone broth, premium dog treats, a lick mat, a stylish bandana and a fetch toy.

Hotel X Toronto concierge offers exclusive services, like walk adventures, in-room sitting and special requests, such as pet massages and spa treatments. Posh Pets Photography, our exclusive photographer, will capture stunning portraits of pets against the backdrop of our luxurious surroundings. These services are available at an additional cost.

A maximum of two pets (dogs or cats only) is allowed per room. A $250 CAD deposit is required, plus $100 CAD cleaning fee will be charged every seven days. There is no restriction on breed or weight. Pets may not be left unattended and must be well-behaved, vaccinated and leashed at all times. An electronic pet form is required to be completed before arrival.

Pool

The pool is open year-round 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily for registered guests only. The pool is adults only 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily.

 

Reservations in two-hour increments are required during some periods, May through October. In May, June, September and October, reservations are required on weekends only (long weekends included). In July and August, reservations are required every day.

 

Reservations can be made upon check-in.

 

We do our absolute best to ensure everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the pool, however popular times may not always be available.

Check-In Policy

Check-in is at 4:00PM, and check-out is at 12:00PM. You are welcome to securely leave your bags with us to enjoy all the amenities the property has to offer, excluding the pool due to restricted capacity, prior to your check-in time.

You must be 18 years old or older to book a room and check-in.

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, but we would be happy to make a note on your reservation should you wish to request an early check-in upon arrival.

Incidentals Hold Policy

A credit card is required at check-in. We authorize the amount of the total stay room and taxes, unless that portion was prepaid. A hold will be placed on your card for an additional amount of $250 each night of your stay, up to three nights, for possible incidental expenses.

Smoking Policy

Hotel X Toronto is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping). Any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $300 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests.
