My spouse and I had a great experience from the time we checked in to the time we left. The staff is curteous and respectful with a great attitude. We will defenitely be back for a longer stay.

The location was beautiful and the resort was absolutely amazing. We were treated well as soon as we dropped off our vehicles until we left the property. The dinner was over the top and served out on the Spa Deck!

The resort is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. There are great food options on site. The pool and hot tub are a lot of fun with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. We will be staying at the resort again.

The resort was understaffed and a lot of areas were not open part of the week. The resort was not maintained to the level of a fine resort. The golf course has been unkept for a resort, and the greens had more weeds the believable. Worst maintained golf course I have played in the last 30 years for a resort. It appears the resort only caters to skiers and lives off the 1960 Olympic mystique. I would not recommend.

We attended a family wedding at the Everline Resort. The resort was typical of others we have stayed out throughout the country. We booked a fireplace suite and unfortunately, the fireplace was not functioning. We reported this the second morning of our stay and the staff said they would put in a work order to have it looked at; that never happened. When we communicated this at checkout the desk staff and manager made sure we were compensated accordingly on our room balance. We appreciated their attention to this matter. The resort was very well appointed and the location was ideal for the wedding and our extended stay. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. Small things would have made our experience better; for instance a regular k-cup coffee machine versus an espresso machine in the room; a hook in the bathroom for a robe. We appreciated the robes and slippers provided as the nights were cool. Our suite was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The spa and resort was above my expectations, a great place to visit. They have a variety of activities and options for you during your stay, shopping options as well. Dinner was wonderful, I highly recommend dinner inside the hotel.

Pretty low-class experience with customer service and facilities. Management took no responsibility for their mix-ups and in fact blamed us for them. Additionally, the Manager, Nelson, asked us to go out of our way to rectify his team's mishaps as opposed to offering to help move our luggage when he and his team put us in the wrong room.

This property is run more like a motel than a hotel. It seems like they rely a lot on European students who come over and work for the summer. There are much better options for anyone looking for a weekend away from the Bay Area.

Really nice facility, comfortable rooms, and beautiful scenery. Valet parking and restaurants very expensive. Nothing walkable but Tahoe city not too far away.
