Resort Fee Policy

A daily resort fee of $55.00 (subject to change) is included to each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience.

Cashless Resort Policy

CASH FREE - Please note that this hotel only accepts credit cards, debit cards and, where applicable, other contactless forms of payment. It is a cash-free environment.

 

To provide a more seamless experience for our guests, Everline Resort & Spa, Lake Tahoe, is a completely cashless resort environment.

 

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted at Everline Resort & Spa, Lake Tahoe. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. You will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $250 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Everline Resort and Spa, Lake Tahoe makes accommodations for service animals that perform work or tasks as defined by the American with Disabilities Act of 1990. Please be advised that it is unlawful for a person to fraudulently misrepresent an animal as a service animal or service animal in training.

Spa Cancellation Policy and Service Charge

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your service total. If you cancel within two hours of your service time, 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file. There will be $50 charge on all services rescheduled within two hours of your appointment time. Service charge: An additional required 22% service charge will be added to each spa service and will be applied at checkout. Please note: If discount is applied on the service cost, the service charge will be based on the original price.
