We absolutely loved the resort. Very tranquil vibe and experience. Staff was excellent too. I can’t wait to return some day. If you can stay in the bungalows, I highly recommend it!

Wonderful hotel in Hana! We had a very large junior suite which had plenty of room for our family. We only stayed one night but I wish we had more time to use the amenities. The grounds were just gorgeous and so were the views. Every staff member we countered was friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant for dinner could have been better for the price they charge but it was fine. I will say the mai tai was large and very good! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Hana.

Had an incredible visit. The Aloha spirit surrounds - the other guests felt like friends. The staff were amazing. Vintage luxury with beautiful grounds… I couldn’t ask for a better time.

Perfect stopover when doing road to Hana. Staff v helpful. We only spent one night but would love to have stayed longer but had lots to do and see!

Had a very odd experience at the Hāna-Maui Resort. After coming from the Hyatt Regency in Maui, I was expecting the same level of customer service and royal treatment. Unfortunately, things were awful from check in and went downhill from there. The front desk lady was so rude at check in- I was surprised by the lack of customer service. Other guests received chocolates and a lei. For some reason, we didn’t? We used a Guest of Honor certificate so I expected more. There weren’t any premium rooms available so we stayed in standard rooms. The rooms were a little rundown. Shutters and sliding doors were broken, water pressure was low, and the toilet ran after flushing. One of the two pools was under construction which I wasn’t ever notified about during the booking process. The grounds and location were beautiful. Sunrise over the ocean was incredible. My kids enjoyed the bikes, croquet, and other recreational equipment for rent. That’s really the end of the positives. I did not receive housekeeping and after many texts/calls/front desk visits, someone finally came at SIX PM to deliver clean towels and sheets (my son had an accident the night before and we needed more sheets) but the dirty towels/sheets weren’t taken away. It was so strange. The restaurant staff was very unfriendly and it felt like we were rushed to order, eat, leave. No smiles, no kindness. We were not given late checkout which usually given for Guest of Honor guests. Resort and parking fees were waved. The one pool was pretty and the guests were very nice that I met at the pool. I wish I could say the same for the staff.

A wonderful place to rest and relax for our honeymoon. Hana is a paradise-like location and the resort makes the most of it while showing deep appreciation for the land. We adored the landscapes and how easy it was to see nature around us. There are wonderful activities to do, including hikes around a nearby ranch. The staff was impeccable and always available to provide support. A top tier hotel for sure.

We stayed in the rooms not the ocean villas. The rooms were dated and floor in our room was dirty with visible dirty stains around the wet bar area. The furniture was worn. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. A family member had their room changed to the ocean villa due to a broken A/C. That room was renovated and clean.

Excellent resort. Highly recommend Room was clean and very comfortable. Restaurants were amazing. Overall facilities were excellent.

The Hana-Maui resort is a must stay for anyone doing the road to Hana. The new restaurant is great for dinner, the cats wandering around giving the place a homey feel. All around great. My only thing is the A/C in the rooms aren't the best by any means. Not unworkable just not great.
