Hotel Experience & General Information
This property charges a $45.00 (subject to change) nightly resort fee per room. Click here to view inclusions. (Inclusions subject to change at any time.)
Regular check in time is 4pm, and check out at 11am. Early check in and late check out are based on availability.
Hana is known for being more remote and surrounded by lush landscaping. Hana provides the perfect getaway for relaxing and reconnecting. There are nearby beaches from the resort, in addition to a State and National Park to explore. There are waterfalls and local shops along the road to Hana for little pit stop. Guests can check out the Lava Tubes, Ohe’o Gultch, Pipiwai Trail, Kahanu Garden, Fagan’s Cross and more local landmarks and activities. There is also the Hana Farmer’s market weekly, Hana Farms for local retail and delicious food, Hana Bay that is walking distance from the hotel, and of course all on site activities, like yoga, meditation, lei making, spa treatments and plenty more.

No, there are no TVs in our guestrooms. Only our villa room types have TVs in the living room. We encourage connecting with each other, the land and allowing the opportunity for technology detox.
Parking, Travel & Transportation
Hana Airport (HNM), 4 miles away. This is a commuter airport and provides connecting flights from other islands. Kahului Airport (OGG) is the closet major airport, 51 miles. You can fly into Kahului and drive the Road to Hana, or connect from Kahului to Hana Airport on a smaller plane, and then take the Hana Maui Resort shuttle to the property.

Yes, we do have self-parking available. This is $20 per night, please check here for all updated information. There is also an EV Charging station in the parking lot.
No, valet parking is not available.
Yes, we offer a resort shuttle to Hamoa Beach. The shuttle can also be scheduled for Hana Airport pick up or drop off.
Hotel Facilities
Yes, there is a spa on the resort grounds, The Spa. The Spa is open daily from 9:00am – 5pm. Appointments can be booked online here or by calling: 808-270-5290.
The Restaurant is located in the main building, serving breakfast daily from 7:00am – 10:00am.
Hana Ranch Restaurant is located across the street and is a short walk, or a quick guest services golf cart ride. Hana Ranch Restaurant serves Lunch and Dinner daily, from 11:00am – 9:00pm. The Pool Bar serves the main pool area only, it does not serve the adult pool by the fitness center.
The Pool Bar is open daily from 11:00am – 5:00pm.
Yes, we do offer room service. In room dining orders are available from 7:00am – 10:00am and 11:30am – 8:30pm.
WiFi & Digital
No, there are no TVs or clocks in the guestrooms. Only the Villas have a TV in the living room.
Yes, mobile check in is available, as well as mobile check out. The digital key is also available through the World of Hyatt app.
Families & Groups

Families and all ages are welcomed at the resort. We do not have specific programming available for children.
Yes, The resort offers event spaces suitable for weddings and celebrations with up to 200 attendees.
Pets
Yes, we are a dog friendly resort. Dogs are welcome to all outdoor locations, as well as your guestroom. Dogs are not allowed in the pool.
Yes, there is a $100 pet fee for stays up to 6 nights. The pet fee does not apply to service animals.
Accessibility
There are ADA guestrooms onsite. ADA lifts are available at the pool. We offer a guest services golf cart for pick up or drop off to/from your guestroom. The resort grounds are spread out, but have paved paths to access.
Yes, service animals are welcome on property and for overnight stays.
Booking & Policies
Some cancellation policies depend on the type of rate/package booked. The standard cancellation policy is 7 Days Prior To 11:59 Pm Local Time The Day Of Arrival Or One Night Fee/ One Night Deposit At Booking.
