​From Jeju Island’s volcanic pastures, Hanwoo Beef 1++, the pinnacle of Korean beef, arrives in one of its rare local presentations. At Boudulgyeol in Jeju’s mid-mountain region, this limited offering unfolds as a refined four-course set dinner showcasing the beef’s exceptional marbling, clarity, and depth of flavour.
