All guests must have a valid credit card with their name for guest room authorization and final payment. Debit payment is accepted.
Credit Card Authorization: $50.00 – additional authorization will apply if the limit is reached
Debit card deposit: $250 minimum
The hotel and restaurants do not accept cash.
All valid hotel reservation holders must be 18 years or older to verify the check-in. Government-issued identification will be assessed by Front Desk staff.
All applicable damages set to hotel property will be charged and not limited to the following:
Smoking fee $250
Property Damage $250 plus the cost of item and labour
Stolen items: Cost of item
Products such as Large Format bathroom amenities are for purchase. Removed items will be charged to the credit card or valid form of payment on file. Prices will be indicated on the Hotel QR code and menu located in respective areas in the hotel guestroom. Items listed are also available for sale by the Front Desk if guests wish to purchase them.
