Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $40.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority. At Andaz 5th Avenue, we have implemented enhanced measures around cleanliness, sanitization and social distancing in an effort to ensure our colleagues and guests enjoy a healthy, safe and comfortable environment. Specific health and safety measures currently in place include:

  • Colleague certification and trainings for hygiene and cleanliness
  • Increased frequency of cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces, guestrooms and shared spaces 
  • Implementation of enhanced food safety and hygiene protocols for restaurants, and group meetings and events
  • Prominently placed hand sanitizer stations throughout hotel public and employee areas and entrances
  • Ultra-violet HVAC disinfection
  • Zero contact services
  • Complimentary protective masks and other equipment for hotel colleagues and guests

Pet Friendly Hotel in Manhattan

To participate in our Pet Program, inform the hotel you’ll have a pet (or pets) staying with you at least three days in advance of your arrival. There is a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee of $100 for up to six nights. The Pet Program includes a doggie bed and two bowls. We welcome your traveling canine companions to our pet-friendly hotel in Manhattan. Only dogs weighing up to 50 pounds or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds are permitted. Enjoy pet designated rooms and easy access to city parks. Only service animals are permitted in the restaurant The Bar Downstairs.

*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

Pet Fees

  • Up to six nights: $100 per stay
  • Seven to 30 nights: $100 additional deep cleaning fee
  • 30 or more nights: a fee will be assessed at the hotel's discretion

Parking

Valet parking is available for $85 (plus tax) for sedans and $95 (plus tax) for SUVs. These fees are applicable for every entry/retrieval of your vehicle. Please note the garage has a height restriction of 6 feet.

Package Delivery

A fee may be assessed for receiving packages and deliveries for guests, depending on package size and number of deliveries. Deliveries made more than 24 hours prior to a guest’s arrival will incur an additional storage fee. For more details, or to arrange delivery of more than five (5) packages, please contact the hotel directly.

Smoking Policy

Andaz 5th Avenue is a 100% smoke-free property. Any violations will incur a cleaning fee of $250 (or up to $500 for suites)

Check-In Policy

Minimum check-in age for all guests is 18 years old. Any guests checking in under the age of 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older (accompanying adult’s name must be included on the reservation). Please contact the hotel directly with any questions.

Rollaway Beds

If you need additional accommodation, please speak with our Front Desk to arrange for a rollaway bed to be placed in your room. Rollaway beds are subject to a one-time fee of $50 (plus taxes and fees) for up to 7 nights. Longer stays will incur an additional fee. Please note only the 1 King Bed with City View Deluxe rooms can accommodate a rollaway bed.
