Resort Fee

A daily resort fee of $65.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Andaz Miami Beach Pet Policy

At Andaz Miami Beach, we’re delighted to welcome your four-legged companions and make their stay as enjoyable as yours. Our pet-friendly rooms feature thoughtful amenities, including a water bowl, toy, and treat for added comfort. To ensure a harmonious experience for all guests, please note the following guidelines. 

Leash Requirement

Pets must remain on a leash and accompanied by their owner at all times in public areas.

Pool Deck & Bar

Pets are welcome on the pool deck and at the pool bar. However, they may not occupy the first row of sunbeds closest to the pool or be in the water.

Dining Areas

Pets are welcome exclusively on outdoor terraces, with the exception of Aguasal Terrace during dinner service.

Designated Pet-Friendly Public Area

Second Floor Exterior Promenade excluding Bar Centro Terrace

Restricted Areas

Pets are not permitted in the following locations:

  • Restaurants and Bars
  • Pool Decks
  • Beach
  • Spa
  • Fitness center

Supervision

Pets may not be left unattended in public spaces.

Guest Room

Please display the Pet In Room door hanger whenever your pet is left unattended inside your guest room. For safety and comfort, our staff will not enter rooms where this hanger is visible.

Advance Notice

A minimum of three days’ notice is required for pet accommodations.

*We proudly welcome guests with disabilities traveling with service animals. Service animals are not considered pets and are exempt from this policy. For more details or questions, please contact the hotel directly.

Check-In Policy

Guests are required to show a valid photo ID at check-in.

Please note a USD 150.00 security deposit is charged per night and due upon arrival. This is refundable, pending a successful damage inspection after check-out.

The minimum age for check-in is 21.

In-Room Purchases

Products such as Large Format bathroom amenities are for purchase. Removed items will be charged to the credit card or valid form of payment on file. Prices will be indicated on the Hotel QR code and menu located in respective areas in the hotel guestroom. Items listed are also available for sale by the Spa if guests wish to purchase them.

Smoking Policy

Andaz Miami Beach is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoke odor in the rooms (up to $1,000 in the suites). Please adhere to designated smoking areas.

Payment Policy

This hotel only accepts credit cards, debit cards and, where applicable, other contactless forms of payment.

The labeling on your packages should include:

Handling fees are in addition to the cost of shipping and charged on a per package basis. Charges apply to inbound shipments. These charges can be applied to your guest room, master account or credit card. Weight is rounded up to the next whole number.
