Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa Pet Policy
Andaz Miami Beach is proud to offer pet-friendly accommodations. Guests traveling with pets will receive amenities including a water bowl, toy, and treat to enhance their stay.
Pet Accommodation Fee
A $100 non-refundable fee will be charged per stay for guests traveling with pets. This fee covers cleaning and amenities provided.

Service Animal Policy
The hotel must permit service animals to accompany guests with disabilities to all areas of the hotel that are open to other guests, even if animals are not ordinarily allowed into such areas. A guest with a service animal shall be given the same access to guestrooms as other guests without service animals (e.g., guests with service animals may not be limited to “pet-only” floors). The hotel may not require a security deposit for any service animal, impose any cleaning or other fees for a service animal (except for actual damage caused by the animal), or impose upon the guest with the service animal any obligations, rules, charges, or conditions (other than those relating to actual damage caused by the animal) because of the service animal.
Check-In Policy
Guests are required to show a valid photo ID at check-in.
Please note a USD 200.00 security deposit is charged per night and due upon arrival. This is refundable, pending a successful damage inspection after check-out.
The minimum age for check-in is 21.
In-Room Purchases
Products such as Large Format bathroom amenities are for purchase. Removed items will be charged to the credit card or valid form of payment on file. Prices will be indicated on the Hotel QR code and menu located in respective areas in the hotel guestroom. Items listed are also available for sale by the Spa if guests wish to purchase them.
Smoking Policy
Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoke odor in the rooms (up to $1,000 in the suites). Please adhere to designated smoking areas.

Handling fees are in addition to the cost of shipping and charged on a per package basis. Charges apply to inbound shipments. These charges can be applied to your guest room, master account or credit card. Weight is rounded up to the next whole number.
