Pet-friendly offerings includes toys, treats, plush beds and feeding bowls for both cats and dogs in your room. Pet food can be ordered upon request by completing the pet preference form. Fees:

Additional cleaning fee applicable based on length of stay.

A fee of £60/pet will be added per stay.

Pets must be registered on arrival with the front desk.

Rates are inclusive of 20% VAT (value added tax).

Please note that a discretionary service charge of 5% will be added to your accommodation bill.

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than £250 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
