Hotel Fee Policy

Effective March 1, 2024 – all room rates are subject to an 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST). A tourism tax of MYR 10 per room per night applies to all non-Malaysian guests, as mandated by the Malaysian government.

Photography Policy

Guests are welcome to take personal photos in dining areas and public spaces, provided they respect the privacy of others. Professional, commercial, or media-related photography requires prior approval from our Marketing Communications team.

Alila Bangsar offers convenient access to public transportation, including the Bangsar LRT, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur’s vibrant attractions.

Smoking Policy

Alila Bangsar is a 100% smoke-free property. A cleaning fee of MYR 1,000 per day will be charged for any violation of this policy.

Pet Policy

The hotel does not allow pets, including service animals.
