We welcome guests to capture personal memories during their stay. Personal photography and videography using mobile phones or personal cameras are permitted, provided they do not interfere with the privacy, comfort, and experience of other guests or resort operations. Professional or commercial photography and videography, including fashion or product shoots, brand campaigns, pre-wedding photography, editorial productions, influencer or sponsored content productions, and the use of professional production equipment, require prior written approval from Alila Villas Uluwatu. The use of professional lighting, tripods, extensive equipment, props, wardrobe setups, or additional production crew within villas and public areas is not permitted without prior arrangement and approval. Photography or videography of other guests, colleagues, private villas, or restricted operational areas without appropriate permission is strictly prohibited. Additional fees, venue charges, permits, or specific terms and conditions may apply to approved professional or commercial productions. All arrangements are subject to resort availability and operational requirements. Alila Villas Uluwatu reserves the right to restrict or discontinue any photography, videography, or drone activity that may compromise guest privacy, safety, resort operations, or the overall guest experience.

Alila Villas Uluwatu is designed to offer an intimate and private villa experience. Maximum occupancy varies according to the villa category and confirmed reservation.​

Additional guests, children, or extra bedding arrangements are subject to the occupancy policy of the selected villa category and may incur supplementary charges. Guests are encouraged to confirm occupancy requirements with our Reservations team prior to arrival.​

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM.​

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to villa availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply. Should your villa not yet be available upon arrival, our team will be pleased to assist with your luggage while you enjoy the resort's facilities.​
