I had a truly wonderful experience at Alila Manggis. The staff, especially at reception, were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Whether I needed simple things like scissors or an iron, or even when my partner’s sandal broke, they responded immediately and fixed it in our room , such thoughtful service! The transportation team was also excellent —, always on standby and quick to assist whenever needed. Everything felt smooth, easy, and welcoming. Alila Manggis has become my go-to whenever I visit Candidasa. It feels more like coming home to family than just staying at a hotel. My only small wish is that they add a gym in the near future, that way, I could stay even longer and keep up with my training while enjoying the beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for warm service, great hospitality, and a peaceful retreat. Can't wait to return!

One of my favorite hotels in East Bali—and honestly, in all of Bali. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, with only a limited number of rooms, so it never feels crowded. The property features a beautifully expansive lawn garden, creating a serene and refreshing vibe. The buildings themselves are older, yet meticulously maintained, giving a sense of timeless elegance and understated luxury.

This is such a hidden gem. If you are visiting east Bali, stay here. Staff friendly, super peaceful hotel, food and spa amazing. This is not coward like the tourism spots in Bali. Super relaxing.

This place is the whole box and dice. Scenic setting, friendly staff, comfy rooms, amazing food & great coffee. On-site spa treatments are top class.

Fabulous place calm and elegant and not to big or busy so you can relax and rest in the best service and surroundings ! Highly recommend!
